入住的回覆電郵亦冇備註。
入住時候也無法用英文溝通。
我們收不到服務員指示, (就是張貼告示，告示也用法語，我們也是不懂閲讀)，要在離開前，自行清走垃圾, 及把床鋪毛巾放回服務處 ，所以住一晚就扣了 Euro 55。經平臺爭取，也無法討回。弄不清楚個情況下，極之反感。

CAUTIONARY NOTES
Do NOT consider this property as a short-stay, as it is only suitable for a long-term residence. The up-front instructions are inscrutable and we were penalized by something in the fine print that we have never encountered in any lodging before or since. Bad experience all around.

Il s'agissait d'un séjour pour découvrir cette belle région de Provence. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. L'appartement était bien spacieux, propre, cependant, le mobilier un peu dépassé et il n'y avait pas de clim dans les chambres et pourtant, les nuits étaient très chaudes, c'est dommage, ça serait peut-être judicieux de remettre la déco et le mobilier au gout du jour et la clim pour que les nuits soient plus confortable. La piscine extérieur aussi est petite, impossible de faire des longueurs, elle sert juste à faire trempette en cas de grosse chaleur.
A part cela, nous nous sommes bien plu.

Difficulties upon arrival
Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered.
