Staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean from lobby to room. The pool was a little cloudy but clean. The breakfast was continental and sufficient. I can’t say enough about the ladies at the from desk and the man serving / restocking breakfast. A great experience My only grip was the price. It was jacked up for family weekend at ECU. And if I wanted to come next weekend it’s less than half the price!

Very much the same as most hotels in this category. Breakfast was standard. Room was standard. Coffee was standard.

Parking was farther than expected but had plenty of spaces. I have a bum knee and elevators were readily available. Staff was kind. They did not wipe down counter where tv was located. Manager had it cleaned right away.

Hotel was updated and clean. There were quite a few large trucks taking ip multiple parking places. I was touring a college campus with my daughter and returning later in the evening. The room was clean, lobby very well lit and welcoming. The breakfast was average. There was a large hole in the carpet outside my bathroom that was very noticeable. Also, looked as though something hot was placed on the desk and caused it to crack. Overall, there wasn’t much interaction with the desk clerk. We did find several employees smoking outside the side entrance where we had to park. And most importantly, the $100 security fee was unexpected at check in. No where did I see this. I know it’s refundable after 24 hours but if it disclosed, I never saw it. Not sure I would stay here again.

I was there for Annual Conference of the UMC church. It was close to the convention center and it was very quiet. My bed was comfy and I slept well.
