Hotel people in the reception need more training on how to deal with customers, specially foreign cusyomers. No tooth btush, tooth paste, comb, slippers provided which is very basic things provided by other hotels at this price.

I had a 5 night stay at the hotel. The front desk( Nisha)was very helpful and polite regarding all the queries. All the staff were very polite. Only 1 downside is I had opted for bf and dinner buffet plan in that the hotel needs to include few more items.

It is wonderful experience with Ginger , greater Noida. Specially hospitality by Miss Nisha and her support.. today i extended my stay because this hotel is very budget friendly... Breakfast and dinner are good .. highly recommend this hotel..
