Clean and hygienic rooms. Fast service. Helpful staff 24/7. Delicious food. Only 2 problems I faced were: 1) AC was not cooling properly. 2) No working plug on the bedside for chargers. Rest everything was very good in the hotel. Everything was good. Delicious food. Fast service. Very helpful staff.
Only problems were that the AC was not cooling at it’s best and there is no working charging plug on the bedside.
Rest everything was very good at this price.

Clogged drains in the bathroom which went unresolved even after repeated complaints. Kettle in the room also seemed quite dirty.

I stayed there for just one. Location is a bit in outskirts but you’ll find auto rickshaws just outside the hotel. Property is good same as shown in the pictures. Easy check in check out. But rooms are not sound proof that’s a drawback. In every 2 mins I was hearing telephone ringing noises from rooms in nearby.

The experience was far from what was advertised , and I feel completely misled.
Unhygienic and Unclean Rooms – The room and washroom had a terrible stench, the blanket provided was also stinking.
Overpriced for Low-Quality Service – The hotel is nowhere close to the premium experience advertised. The actual condition of the hotel feels like a low-class property, and the price per night is absolutely unjustified.
Unprofessional and Rude Staff – The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially during checkout. She called 10 minutes before the standard time and insisted that we vacate immediately, despite the fact that a late checkout request was made. We at least expected a reasonable 45-60 minutes to pack and check out decently, but she showed no courtesy or professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
False Advertising – The pictures shown online are highly misleading. The actual state of the hotel is completely different from what is shown , which feels like a scam.

All services are poor this hotel experience is very bad, this not for business *** i don't understand why mt m choose this there no family for business *** at peak tradefair time lock complaint do not easily opened door lock, located between hostel this hotel booking done for non registered couples horly basis so understand what i say, and also fooding is very poor kitchen condition non veg and veg in same place and poor condition restaurant and kitchen never says enemy to cstay there this is only for boys & girls as i see. There very very poor expering please remove from list or business *** list also staff have no knowledge complaete and main manger not available there sab bhagwan bharose. Catle i see than black water dirty on that tv tatasky not recharge hotel working for unregistered couples tome pass
