This lodge is a 3 star lodge at best, and should adjust their prices accordingly. We booked and paid in advance for a family "suite" that turned out to be the old spa room that they had converted into a 2 bedroom family room. It had no view, other than the parking lot, was mouldy and with no curtains or blinds, we had construction workers looking straight into our bathroom. Don't go for the all inclusive rate, as the quality of beverages and activities on offer don't add up. Food was quite tasty, but we left after 1 night (couldn't stay there) and the owners refused to refund us for the second night, despite them not being full and selling other rooms at half the price of what they charged us. Much better options down the road at Coot Club (same price, but way better) or Rivergate (half the price for the same experience)

Wonderful experience, a lovely and tasteful Africa feel, a great couple getaway to enjoy Cape Town Autumn, with the wood burning hot tub prepared and heated for you. Excellent hospitality team; pre-emptive, helpful, joyful. Spa experience was gorgeously relaxing. Beautiful vista's of the reserve, lagoon, birds, mountains and sunrise with an excellent menu and meal by the in-house chef.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Mosaic Lagoon Lodge! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the accommodation was very luxurious, every detail was taken care of, and I loved all the decor - very stylish and classy. The beds were very comfortable, with beautiful linen, and the room was also kept nice and warm (we stayed in winter and it was very cold and rainy outdoors, so so we really appreciated being warm and cosy inside). Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we also enjoyed our Spa treatments. I had booked to stay at Mosaic Lagoon Lodge as a special "mom and daughter" treat, and the experience was even more wonderful and special than we could have wished for! So grateful for our magical getaway! Thank you Mosaic Lagoon Lodge! We can't want to visit again :)

What a fantastic way to start a tour of South Africa! The lodge is in a secluded area, quiet and peaceful. After a long journey it was just the thing we needed to unwind and relax. Being met by Maria who introduced herself as our "butler" - I've never had that experience before. This was very much a personal service. The lagoon was not as close to the lodge as some of the photos show, due to the time of year, but that didn't spoil anything. The pool is small-ish, but heated and lovely to share a cocktail or two after a long day.

Terrific - amazing setting, wonderful food, fantastic staff. I did activities every day - shark cage diving, river cruise, Panthera sanctuary, a trip to the beach, and a trip to Klipgat caves. The cabins and the bed are so comfortable and luxurious. Everything was perfect. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Lagoon Lodge this past weekend.The room had the feel of a bird hide and you could watch the birds building their nests through the large windows the whole day.We also had a magnificent view of the lake and mountains from our room.The room is beautifully furnished, the staff helpful, the food excellent, the spa relaxing! The stay is not far from the towns Stanford and Hermanus, yet feeling like you are in the wilderness. Would recommend it highly!

Your team was amazing and attentive to us, and the Lodge is absolutely stunning, like a luxury hotel built within nature. It absolutely has the feel of the Botswana Delta safari camp with the beautiful location along the Lagoon.
