Just spent another night at this excellent hotel prior to going on a cruise. Left my car here knowing it was safe and included in the price. Considerably cheaper than parking at the cruise port and terminal. From the moment I arrived at the hotel the staff have been excellent. I am disabled and walk with crutches and the staff went out of their way to make things easier for me and that means so much. Got to mention Monica on reception who dealt with my booking and remembered me from my previous stay in August. Then there is a smashing young man called Wojciech who very kindly took my luggage and myself to my room. Again I thought he went above and beyond what was expected. And of course Angela one of the chefs. I feel these 3 people went out of their way to make my stay a lovely one. These people are assets to this hotel and deserve recognition. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel for a stay.

Have to say… We stayed at the Stifford Hall Hotel the night before our sailing on Ambassador and couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff were everywhere when you needed them—always attentive, always cheerful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed a truly lovely time with my friend at Stifford Hall Hotel. The afternoon tea was very reasonably priced. It was superb and so delicious. Catering for my vegan diet was no problem. The sandwiches were tasty, accompanied by a bottle of chilled Prosecco. The cakes especially, were phenomenal and I've never tasted such a delicious vegan scone, which was literally melt in your mouth. They all went down particularly well with coffee and cointreau. We couldn't fault the service and would definitely recommend it. We were seated in the small library area, which was very exclusive and which made the experience extra special. Thank you.
