Il prezzo pattuito non è stato quello pagato. Ho dovuto pagare un servizio non richiesto per loro mancanza. La stanza prenotata era occupata e quella sostituita aveva degli opzional non richiesti (vasca idromassaggio) che tra l’altro nemmeno utilizzata che ho dovuto pagare. Il loro disservizio è stato pagato a spese mie. La mia onestà è stato pagare senza essere informato della differenza. L’aria condizionata agganciata con il loro Wi-Fi veniva disinserito a loro piacimento. Nella notte si sentiva il tanfo del fumo che qualcuno aveva precedentemente soggiornato. Esperienza pessima per pochi spiccioli. Andate altrove.

Pongo 5 estrellas porque no hay más. Todo excelente: limpieza, cuidado de los detalles, amabilidad del propietario, precio, ubicación, etc. El desayuno no se sirve en el establecimiento, pero la cafetería que lo ofrece está muy cerca. Aún así, es posible tomar café e infusiones a cualquier hora. Recomiendo sin duda!

La sistemazione ideale per visitare Gravina. In pieno centro, a 100 passi dal ponte acquedotto, questo simpatico B&B ristrutturato da solo due anni, rappresenta forse la miglior sistemazione possibile. Con un prezzo molto onesto, si ha a disposizione tutto il necessario: una stanza pulitissima, letto comodissimo, colazione compresa in un bar a due passi, possibilità di parcheggio sulla via. L’accoglienza è cordialissima e l’unica pecca può essere la ventilazione leggermente fastidiosa del bagno chiuso che però dura per un breve periodo.

Séjour d’une nuit à Gravina in Puglia
La structure du B&B est récente et les installations sont en très bon état. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville, ascenseur pour les bagages ou les personnes ayant des difficultés de marche, possibilité de prendre un expresso et une collation près de l’accueil, la chambre est toutefois très petite et il n’est pas aisé d’y circuler, mettre ses bagages ; elle est aussi sombre (pas d’éclairage extérieur). Accueil moyen. Petit déjeuner a prendre dans un bar à une centaine de mètres( café et cornet to).

Struttura moderna ed accogilete posizionata all'interno di un edificio del centro storico. Comoda da raggiungere, utile per chi deve spostartsi all'interno del centro storico (prevalentemente pedonale), in prossimità di molte attrazioni della città. Dotata di un ascensore per chi ha difficoltà a deambulare su per le scale di accesso alle stanze. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Arredamento nuovissimo, servizio completi, località tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione inclusa, all'esterno, scarna, con possibilità di scelta limitata. Accoglienza professionale e possibilità di parcheggio pubblico. Posizione molto vicina al centro città.
