Everything at the hotel was fine. The prices were reasonable. I would not suggest pre-paying for the breakfast. It wasn’t very extensive.

I booked for my Anniversary, but last minute had to upgrade to a family room last minute and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming

Amazing experience… Very nice location, hotel receptionist was polite and helpful, Clean rooms with everything i needed. Would definitely recommend

Good location close to ebbs international train station for Eurostar. For us it was to see family. Towards Christmas has a local coop convenience store closed and restaurant which was ok at breakfast but they could keep up with the buffet demands but to be honest the large group of people being greedy and taking all the food didnt help. All in all was happy all around.

I loved everything about the hotel,from the ambience to the neatness and polite staff,but I think there should be at least some bottles of water for guests.
