Das Hotel ist einfach zu finden, unser Zimmer war interessant eingerichtet. Die Badewanne mittig mag zunächst lustig erscheinen, ist aber völlig unnütz. Wir waren am 1. Tag ( 2 Übernachtungen) die einzigen Gäste und haben das Abendessen sowie Frühstück in Anspruch genommen, vor allem, weil in dem Dorf sonst nichts weiter gibt. Wie bei einigen Kommentaren vorher: überteuert, insbesondere das Frühstück. Da Gratteri ein sehr überschaubares Dorf ist und man zu Fuß in einer Stunde alles gesehen hat, würden wir dort nicht mehr hinfahren; auch deshalb, weil die „Straßen“ sehr eng waren, ebenso wie der Weg von unten nach oben.

Beautiful place, our only complaint was the noise of the beds - very squeaky with any movement which woke us up all night. They were pretty antiques, just loud springs, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The place was located well, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the hiking and location, so picturesque! Definitely recommend.

Sconsiglio vivamente. Appartamento molto disordinato, sporco e con tanta polvere. In due stanze c'erano due vecchi ventilatori rotti e pieni di polvere. La doccia praticamente al buio ...per avere un po di luce si doveva lasciare la tenda del tutto aperta. Mobilio pieno di cose vecchie e abbandonate.Inoltre abbiamo chiesto se per favore potevamo anticipare la colazione alle 8 ( anziche alle 9 come previsto) del mattino visto che avevamo una escurisione ma ci è stato detto in maniera categorica che non era possibile ...al massimo poteva anticipare alle 8.30. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Esperienza INDIMENTICABILE! Intanto al primo posto metto il rapporto qualitàprezzo. All’accoglienza troviamo un ragazzo che non parla bene l’italiano e fa fatica a spiegare il funzionamento della spa. Cominciamo a fare il nostro “percorso” e subito usciti dalla piscina perché non può definirsi altro visto che, solo al momento della conferma della prenotazione mi viene detto che l idro massaggio non è funzionante, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti per fare la sauna perché lo chef stava utilizzando la cucina e saltava la luce 😅. Passiamo alla questione TELI. Un telo a persona per spa e doccia🤣 Automaticamente se fai la spa non ti puoi fare la doccia perché non sai come asciugarti… e se vuoi fare una doccia il giorno dopo è impossibile perché i teli del giorno prima sono ancora bagnati. Decido quindi di mandare un messaggio alla “proprietaria” per avere due teli in più ma risponde dopo tre ore. Questione COLAZIONE. Premessa, il supplemento per la colazione oltre al pernottamento era di 25€ in più. Decidiamo di prenderla ma: La colazione è disponibile dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 10:00! Alle 09:00 ci ritroviamo spaesati, il ragazzo che ancora doveva preparare il tutto, ci presenta solo dopo che ci era passata anche la fame: 2 strudel una torta e tre fettine di pane con marmellata e burro. Quindi, scelta sul salato pari a zero, indicazioni non ne parliamo proprio. Consiglio alla signora proprietaria di Organizzarsi meglio sotto tanti punti di vista, a meno che non abbassa i prezzi😅 perché non si può sentire una colazione di 12,50€ a testa per non avere neanche scelta su cosa mangiare! Consiglio anche un occhio in più sulla pulizia, visto che abbiamo trovato capelli sui cuscini! Allego foto. Per la modica cifra di 175,00€ per una notte:BOCCIATA!

Ho soggiornato in questo delizioso hotel de charme in una atmosfera che non ho difficoltà a definire fiabesca. Il paesino è incantevole. Mi sono ritrovata circondata da un silenzio rilassante e fuori dal tempo. La gentilezza, la cordialità e la simpatica accoglienza mi hanno fatto sentire coccolata ed al centro delle affettuosi attenzioni di tutto lo staff. Su tutto, già perfetto, svetta la superba cucina dello chef Beppe Fontana che non si stanca mai di stupire gli ospiti con le sue creazioni simpaticamente raccontate nel suo palermitano intrigante.

With great regret I must confess that it is the first time in my life that I have had to leave a hotel, having already paid for it in advance, thus losing all my money and having to look for another accommodation. Unfortunately there was no alternative, the only positive thing is the desire to recreate a historic village by renovating old houses. It was the thing that made us choose it but one of the worst made things I've ever seen. Bathroom with transparent door right next to the bed, toilet with connected designer (and very expensive) but unusable bide, shower on another side of the room with a mini screen that it's not clear what it was supposed to be used for. Ok, the building is old, but it doesn't justify the dirt (dust even on the bottle of water in the room. TV disconnected without understanding how to fix it. All for a price, in the low season, of a 5-star resort. I would also add that the directions were null, there is nothing in the town, we were stuck with the car because we didn't understand where to go, there was no guide, we were told nothing at all. And I specify because we go often in places like this we are always told how to move around. Here they evidently consider it superfluous to inform the customer before the stay. The person who welcomed us didn't even check who we were with our documents, he didn't offer us anything for dinner (and yet I read that. they do it, well, maybe they didn't like it), he didn't tell us anything except breakfast. After a tour of the town in the fog we took it and left, we were much better and better welcomed in Corfu. My advice: spend less money on the choice of materials or on the photos you take and more on making the structure welcoming.
