The space
The downstairs has a beautiful master bedroom suite and a large open concept living space and kitchen. If additional guests need to stay they can use the upstairs with two beds and 1 full bath.

Feel free to use any of the kitchen amenities. Coffee is provided with the coffee maker. Everything is up to date and ready to use! There is Dish Network with the TV which has access to a wide variety of channels.

The check-in was smooth; however, when we arrived, there was no bedding available. There was no response to the communication. had to sleep on the couch with no bedding. very dissapointing

Nice house
Could use some updating but it was nice house. Good Location and plenty of parking if you need it. Only thing is the stairs were very steep. Probably not idea for anyone elderly.

We enjoyed our stay although the showerheads need the limiters removed so that you can get more than a dribble.

Graduation
We came to Grass Valley because both granddaughters were graduating from college. We needed a place for all of us to gather and share a meal. This location was perfect.
We were able to walk most places and enjoy good restaurants.
Would use this location again.
