The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. Room service arrived early every time less than 20 minutes. The resort was spotless and valet is quick and easy.

Nice place to take the family. Lots to do here. Many nearby locations via shuttle bus. Highly recommend.

It was a really nice place, huge, with lots of things to do, food may be not so good!! Location was not the best, away from attractions.

Towne Park does not take ownership of their operations. I was asked every night every time I valet parked what my room number was. I was told if I paid $100 cash I could park it up front with no issues. I did this and they still didn't park it up front and was told later the attendant wasn't supposed to do that. They all kept laughing at me when I came to them with the frustration of their operations. At one time it took them 30 minutes to retrieve my car, and another time they just handed me the keys to go get the car myself. I will never recommend Towne Park to anyone and Gaylord needs to re-evaluate their Third Party Provider and maybe make the move to change before it's too late. Do not use valet park your own car.

The resort itself is beautiful and the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, there were a few issues that made the experience less relaxing than expected. My room was very loud. I was woken up around 5:30 a.m. by the sound of a machine cleaning the pool right outside. When I called the concierge to ask about changing rooms, I was told they couldn’t help and that I’d need to speak with the front desk in person. Check-in and check-out both had long lines, and the pool area was overcrowded with nowhere to sit, even early in the day. Overall, great service and beautiful property, but the noise, crowds, and lack of responsiveness during the stay made it hard to fully relax.

We stayed here last minute after our flight was cancelled and were able to get a great rate through Bonvoy. Enjoyed an incredible dinner at the Italian restaurant, and the room was quiet and comfortable—excellent soundproofing made for a great night’s sleep.
