I was in town for my family reunion - my stay was amazing. The doors were secure and the room was very clean. The bed was great and slept well in it. Service was good. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. I prefer this hotel over the Hilton Garden Inn next door. I would stay at this location again!

A pleasant stay for 5 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No safe , which is a big no for me. Im on business and want to be able to lock away my laptop . Nice bar areas and good selection of beers . Just need to charge what is advertised. price advertised was different to what you paid - which was more . This really needs addressing.

Our second time this month staying here. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, the staff is courteous and honestly the bar had some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. However my car was hit in the parking lot resulting in significant damage. No note was left. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but I find it odd that this big of a chain doesn’t have cameras covering the parking lot. Unfortunately the damage is something that has to be fixed and I’m left with covering it. Would have been helpful to be able to find the responsible party.

They advertise as having room for five people. But when we got there they had no rooms larger than four. Sucks when one of you have to sleep on the floor.

What went wrong today I nor my family was never offered a goodie bag and we did not know they offered one until i was sitting in the lobby and heard the front desk hand out goodie bags to everyone who arrived. The wall in the bathroom was cracking, our room did not get cleaned until the third day. They need more help in the cafe area and more kitchen staff. They do not offer any free breakfast nor social activities. The shuttle driver took us to the airport and drove off with our luggage and did not give good service
