I complained about my stay months ago. IHG responded saying how sorry they were about my experience and they were going to contact me but they never did! For IHG's information I live in the UK and cannot dial toll-free to the US! My original complaint was that my room wasn't cleaned during my stay. After two nights I asked the front desk staff to make sure that it was cleaned but it didn't happen. The cleaning staff appeared to be putting "Do Not Disturb" signs on lots of doors on my floor, including mine. When I informed the front desk of my complaint when I checked out they apologised and offered to credit my IHG Rewards account with some points, that never happened either! I thought the food on offer for breakfast was poor, I couldn't even have a bowl of cereals because the stuff they were serving was for children; lots of colourings and sugar

First time I have ever been disappointed and let down by a Hampton Inn. The hallways and room smelled musty. We reserved an accessible room. One was not ready for us. The room that we got had a musty smell; the bed was not comfortable and the shower did not work well at all. Very disappointing all of this from a Hampton Inn.

The hotel lobby and room smell led like mildew. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast host was awesome. Her name was Esmeralda Morales. The pool was closed for repairs. Overall the stay was fine. But probably wouldn’t stay here again.
