Clean room, great location, with a view of the mountains. Great continental breakfast, would definitely stay here again

Awful experience. Confirmed upon booking that I would receive a quiet room. I was put right above a machine that was mending the hotel roof. The noise was incredibly loud and I was unable to have any peace in the room from around 5pm until 9pm at which time the machine was turned off. I did phone reception to complain but was told it would stop at 7 or 8 pm and not offered a quieter room. Not good customer service

We stayed here before and after our horse/pack trip with Curtis of Indian Trails Adventures. I really liked this place and the views are incredible (although the window on our second room could use a little cleaning). The beds were comfy, fireplace was nice added bonus and bedding was a nice comforter. Gym was small but clean and newer. Pretty flowers outside and next to very nice local history/info center - stop in, there is a nice exhibit and shops. Great food downstairs and nice free home cooked breakfast. Oh and front desk employees very welcoming and nice. Thanks for the great stay, hope to be back soon!

I have been staying at this hotel for 11 years and the hotel has been consistently clean and reasonably priced. The location is great, right along the main ***** and adjacent to the Canco Gas Station. My room has always been cleaned and maintained during long working hours. Water pressure is fine, towels are of decent quality, restroom is clean, bedding is clean, excellent view of the mountains if you get a front-facing room. The breakfast restaurant is good and offers scrambled eggs along with your choice of sausage/bacon, toast/pancake, hashbrowns/tater tots. There aren't many negatives to mention, construction in front of the restaurant is on-going and the crows know how to pull garbage from the bins located in the front of the hotel so the exterior front was in rough shape during my stay, but that isn't always the case. The front desk staff were fairly standard for a hotel. This will continue to be a great option in Grande Cache.

Great place to stay in a small town with the only services over a 300-km trip between 2 major centres. Professional friendly staff. Spaciois room with comfortable bed. On-site restaurant provides complimentary breakfast and good dinner menu.

The facility is great and very accommodating. The staff members are friendly and kind. I particularly enjoy the complimentary breakfast. However, there are some drawbacks: the facility is somewhat outdated, the television is old and difficult to see, and the hot water container for coffee was not functioning. Additionally, the pillows are not very comfortable. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back again. Thanks, Grande Cache Inn & Suites!
