Wi-Fi didn’t work. The motel are old and “ tired” .
The rate was low but you get what you pay for.

We booked this room for my mom. She mentioned that the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbours. The bathroom mirror also had hot glue marks seeping through, so it looked like black paint on the mirror.
The front desk lady was super friendly and we appreciated all her help about the hike we were going to do.
Overall it was a good room for a great price :-)

Room was gross. Its like it wasn't turned over for a new guest and just tidied between nights. Dirty dishes left in the sink, broken curtains, dirty linens (I checked both beds and neither was clean. Picked the lesser of evils and ended up sleeping on top of the top sheet on the slightly better one). Something mouldy in a container in the bedside table, and someone left a laptop charger plugged into the wall under the window. A used soap bar beside the bathroom sink. Shower water pressure too high and ran cold after 5 minutes. Kitchenette tiny. A packet of salt (the heck?) on the bedside table.

Check-in was fast and easy. Rooms were upgraded but some items (baseboard heater in the bathroom) were not fully reconnected. My husband took some pictures of things that were not quite tighten enough and dusty cabinet next to the fridge.
With nearby tractor trailers running all night, we were a bit concerned about the noise but we actually found the room fairly quiet and had a good night's sleep :)

the rooms were very small and need some updating and repairs. Its somewhat rundown inside and out. However, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette, 2 chairs. Walkable to A & W & a convenience store. Wifi not good, nor is TV reception.

Front staff was freindly. Much cleaner than i expected from a budget motel. Issue with shower and rooms need a new coat of paint. Overall for a budget motel it was good.its a coal mining town not new York lol

Last weekend we stayed in a room that was miles better than the one we were put in this time. (Broken mini fringe, graffiti in bathroom, dirty dishes in kitchenette drawers etc). Lots of rowdy guests under the influence of various substances yelling in parking lot/their rooms. Was not at all like the experience i had last weekend.
