Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Appleton

This is the second time I’ve stayed here because the price was attractive, but I will not come back. And I definitely would not recommend this hotel to others. The walls are paper thin and both times I’ve stayed here, I have been kept awake literally all night by the people in the room next to me. I’m leaving my stay here early and checking in somewhere else for the remainder of my time in Appleton

Very nice room and would recommend to others. Too cool outside for AIR, but the room was a tad warm, otherwise in comfort range. Great breakfast Saturday, however maybe a little more food brought out when it was needed. All in all it was great!

Rooms were nasty and had stains everywhere on the furniture and the walls one of our rooms also did not have running water I feel like I was ripped off and scammed the rooms were nasty.

Very small rooms and only an uncomfortable queen bed. Not a king size as you would expect from a Wyndham Hotel..

I spent $4,000 of my own money staying at Wyndham hotels this summer as I just separated from my husband and am relocating to montana late August so I've been living In hotels half time. I have only went down to breakfast 2 times during all my stays, this morning I went down and there were about 7 construction workers having breakfast and I could see the Biscuits and gravy were alresdy gone so I already had a choc chip muffin on my walker I walk with and so I grabbed a banana nut muffin too and I kid you not the employee setting out breakfast in front of all these men said "ma'am please save some for everyone else" but he didn't say anything to them for already tsking all the gravy after only being open 5 min because they're thin I'm sure.

Do not stay here! Rooms are small dark and in dire need of an upgrade. Whole hotel smells. Carpet is dirty. Bathroom small and old.

We tried changing our reservation, the manager would not acknowledge our request and refused to speak with my husband. We are waiting for our $132.75 refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I stayed in June 2024 for two nights. They gave us a third floor room with twin beds. The toilet rocked on the floor back and forth which meant the discharge was not sealed on the floor discharge pipe underneath. Unsanitary to say the least. Used with caution. The bathroom door handle was coming off the door. The bathtub faucet would not shut off and would drip all day and night"....drip - drip - drip" The flat screen blinked completely on and off every second. They could not fix the tv so they begrudgingly gave us a room next door. The faucets were not calibrated properly so you could scald yourself easily, which I did. Worst of all the neighboring rooms were full of party goers who yelled and screamed at each other all night...despite our multiple calls to the front desk who said they would send someone up. No change. To add insult to injury, they decided to replace the broken Tv in the first room at 10:00PM at night..... shuck the floor when the they dropped it. The free breakfast was MICRO like the name.

Good place to stay and enjoy a mini vacation. Breakfast was nice and very clean. The family can hang and enjoy each other's company.
