This is a really fun, beautiful place to visit. Everyone enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. My three-year old granddaughter loved the big slide as did the adults, myself included! I didn't realize it sprayed water as you go down which wasn't a big deal, just a surprise. We stayed in a five bedroom cabin plus. It had a huge dining table, full kitchen, and large living room. It was clean and comfortable. The lower level had a bunk room of sorts, a bathroom, and another bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. I was unsure from the description how many bathrooms a five bedroom cabin would have. I was pleasantly surprised that it had four full baths, which helped a lot. Our friends stayed in a five-bedroom across the road. While I have no complaints about ours, I did notice that theirs had some upgrades, so know that not all of the cabins are the same. That really doesn't matter, however, as we spent most of our time outside the cabin. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate once at the Buckboard, which was laid back and had good food. We went to the grocery store in Granby on our first day to get food for the majority of our meals. It was a nice store with decent prices. I would visit again. The views are amazing. I recommend scoping out Columbine Point. We took a family photo up there which provided an incredible backdrop.

The surroundings were beautiful! We played mini golf which was included in our hotel price. The room was clean but very dated. The sliding back door was falling apart, a chunk of concrete was missing inside the door. No air conditioning in the room but they provided a fan. Bed was lumpy, but plenty of pillows provided. Bathroom was clean. In the morning, we woke up to a forest-silence which was so refreshing!

It was a beautiful property with amazing views. The beds were nice and comfy. However, walls were incredibly thin and door slams were loud. You can hear everything from every room.

Everything was convenient and easy to use. Room had beds for six, but was quite comfortable for two.

This is a quick stop for us to Rocky Mountain National Park. The area was beautiful and the clerk who checked us in so late was nice.

I did not like that there was no TV in the room or on the property. I played golf at nearby Pole Creek Golf Course and after dinner I wanted to watch a little TV before going to bed. Not only is there no TV or radio there is considerable noise coming from a group in the open public area directly below my room, and there is no A/C.

Never felt so unsafe in my life. Felt like the makings of a horror movie. We walked into our room after being mortified with the property and immediately walked out and drove home that night. No AC/ no TVs smells horrible This is a church/camp retreat not a hotel/airbnb. Beware
