The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. When we came back around 1pm after lunch, they checked us in. The breakfast was good. Everything was great and undoubtedly one of the best experiences.

Convenient location if visiting Alhambra! Good place to rest your head for the night. Walkable distance to Grand Via otherwise public bus is also conveniently located outside of the hotel. Hotel's finishings is outdated, needs some love to freshen up. All still functional!

Awful and small room

It's not far from the gate of the Alhambra Palace. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to walk. It's very convenient if you're catching an early morning show. The price is cheap and it is also a Eurostar hotel. The layout of the room is quite strange, with some old furniture, but it is well maintained and very clean. It has all the equipment and a kettle, so there is no inconvenience during the stay. You need to park in the parking lot of the Alhambra Palace, and the hotel offers a discount of 20.50 euros for 24 hours.

The rooms are very spacious and decorated in an elegant yet modern style. The beds are extremely comfortable and you can have a peaceful sleep every night. The sea view from the balcony is even more refreshing. Waking up every morning and seeing the boundless ocean is one of the parts I enjoy most. The service at the hotel was impeccable, all staff from the front desk to room service were very friendly and helpful. The few times I needed extra towels and toiletries, they were delivered to the room quickly and with impressive efficiency.

We stayed in Granada for two nights. Fortunately, we chose this hotel. We booked tickets for the Royal Palace three times, but we were notified of the successful booking in the early morning of the day before we left Granada. The Royal Palace session was randomly given at 16:30 in the afternoon. We went to other scenic spots in the Royal Palace in the morning, then returned to the hotel to rest, and went to the Royal Palace in the afternoon. This is because the hotel is in a favorable location opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and the stay experience is pleasant.
