Five-star hotel price, one-star service.
When I took a shower at night, I found that there was no hot water in the room. I called the front desk and the maintenance staff came twice, but they couldn't fix it. After that, we were left there for more than an hour without any success. Because it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening, I really wanted to rest, so I called the front desk. The only reply from the front desk was: wait and wait, you can't change rooms. There was really no other way, so I had to put on my clothes and go downstairs to the front desk to negotiate in person. After repeated requests, they reluctantly changed us to another room. I have never encountered such hotel service. If the hotel facilities are broken and can't be repaired, shouldn't the guests be changed to another room in time? This is the most basic service. The so-called five-star hotel with a room rate of more than 2,500 yuan a night doesn't even have the most basic service awareness of respecting guests? Does it mean that we are being unfairly discriminated against by race? As for the hotel facilities, they don't meet the standards of a five-star hotel at all. The water in the sink is broken!

I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

Very old hotel with poor facilities, unpleasant smell in the corridor, moldy and open bathroom door frame, very noisy at night, loud disco music noise. I really don't know how to get the five-star hotel standard!
