This is my second safari, but my first time with Pumba. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff and rangers could not be more accommodating and hospitable. We were a large party of 8, and this did not trouble the staff at all. The quality of the accommodation is phenomenal and the food was delicious each time. The surroundings were outstanding with amazing views from our lodge and the restaurant. I really would recommend this place for a great safari experience.

We had the most magical week at Pumba. The service was exceptional, all the staff members were polite, happy and attentive, nothing at all was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, and the view from our water lodge chalet was just beautiful. There was so much choice when it came to dining & the food was always very good. Staff were always available in the lounge ready to take drink orders, whether it be 6am or 11pm. The true magic was of course on the game drives. I have never felt so lucky. Each and every game drive was so special. Being so close to all those wonderful wild animals was completely captivating. Our ranger Cam was absolutely exceptional. His knowledge was vast, his attitude and respect towards the animals really impressed & his passion for the job shone! He is such an asset to Pumba, and really did make the whole experience for us. Thank-you to everyone and Pumba for a truly outstanding stay! I couldn’t recommend it here anymore!
