"They were very accommodating of my dog, very courteous, and helpful. The room was nicely cleaned and beyond comfortable for my mom, her dog, and me. We were so close to the local restaurants, almost within walking distance. The free coffee downstairs was excellent; great to wake up to. And the beds were so comfortable, we did nothing but sleep, pretty much. Awesome staff and wonderful room make for a 5/5 for me!"

"The room we were given had a light fixture dangling from the ceiling above the bathtub. There were dead crickets all over. Shoe prints all over the bathroom floor. The door to the room had daylight showing through where it appears it had been kicked/forced open."
