We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hannigalp, staff was very friendly and welcoming, good size room, excellent food (breakfast buffet and restaurant), plenty of wellness and sports facilities, transfer service between carpark and hotel. Public transport (bus, cable car), shops, restaurants, playground and sports center all within a few minutes’ walking distance.

We were very surprise to find to many things for the kids. The restaurant has a great play area (and we had a table next to the play aera, it was perfect!). The outdoor playground is great too ! The hotel gave us swimming aids (water wings) for the kids. Grächen is really kids friendly with a lot of nice playgrounds and games in the streets. Perfect location!!!!

nice family hotel, friendly staff, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, good food, lovely wooden decorations, lovely alpine village. The hotel arranges Pick-up in village. Receptionnist even arranged massages (which were excellent!)for my husband and I in very short time. All very recommendable!

My family and I had a great time at this hotel, the only one with a pool in Grachen. We enjoyed the pool every day after skiing along with the very well made spa facilities. The hotel is particularly well-located in the car-free part of the village. It is very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The hotel is charming with cozy rooms and nice views. It is also very clean. A big thank you to the owner Olivier, who drove us in his electric van at 5:30 in the morning to the bus station. The staff had also prepared sandwiches for us the night before so that we would have something to eat on our return trip. This is client service at its highest level. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The views of the Swiss Alps are breathtaking, and the spa is pure luxury—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, making us feel so welcome that we extended our stay.
