The Oasis at Grace Bay

very NICE Hotel closed to Grace Bay with excellent viewing

We stayed her for a week and from first impression of reception to the last day everything was just perfect. The rooms are detailed to a very high standard and the fridge and coffee machine finished it off. The beach is only a few mins walk but we made use of the free bikes that also allowed an explore around the Island. And finally but most important were the staff - super attentive and friendly. Thank you and we will return.

Disappointing Stay at Oasis Grace Bay - Room 104 I wanted to share my experience at Oasis Grace Bay. While I can’t speak to the standard rooms, as they look more modern and less worn out from pictures I’ve seen in other reviews, we stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a small kitchen. At first glance, the suite seemed fine, but once inside, the issues became apparent. The room was not very hygienic, with signs of wear and tear and poor cleaning. The tiling throughout made the space feel cold and unwelcoming, and the baths had a horrible sewage smell and were visibly run-down. Everything in the suite felt somewhat tatty and neglected. We stayed in room 104, which was particularly unpleasant due to a persistent sewage smell throughout the hotel, along with a damp, mildew-like odour. Our room was also near the outdoor air conditioning vents, which didn’t help matters. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were subpar. In terms of amenities, the food at the Trattoria restaurant was below average, and the breakfast was very greasy. Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night from the nearby Aziza club, as well as from club-goers returning late, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel even provided earplugs to block out the noise, but that didn’t solve the problem and only highlighted how much of an issue the noise was. On the positive side, the customer service was good, and the complimentary buggy to Grace Bay Beach was efficient. The beach setup with the hotel’s own section was also a nice touch. The use of technology, with a code to open the room door instead of a key, was convenient. However, despite these positives, the overwhelming smell and general state of disrepair significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel, as the unpleasant odours and poor cleanliness standards really spoiled the experience.

What a beautiful island and a beautiful property. Special thanks to Kemar for the restaurant recommendations, assisting with car service and being available to answer questions prior to our arrival. The hospitality at Oasis Grace Bay is 10/10. I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was modern, clean and looked just like the pictures ( which is very important). The complimentary coconut water is a plus ( they are $15USD on the beach). I went bike riding ( hadn’t done this since I was a kid lol) I truly had a relaxing vacation and if I’m ever in Turks this is the only place I would stay.

Due to Hurricane Helene and the airport being closed. I had to cancel 3 days in advance. They decided to keep the $609 reservation money. Horrible customer service. They offered 3 month rebooking. Which doesn’t help me. They were rude and condescending on the phone.

From the moment you check in and taken to your room the experience is awesome! The entire staff is friendly and at no point you feel intrusion. They are helpful yet give you enough space. I will definitely be back whether it’s for leisure or business

This hotel does have some decent pros, like good food at their restaurant and nice pools. But any good features were overshadowed by a terrible poor room design with paper-thin walls. We could not sleep for two nights because of the extremely loud noise coming from the neighbors. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, serenity and peace, this is not the place for you. (If, on the other hand, you like partying until 4 AM, you might actually like this place!)

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of all these high-rise hotels. The grounds are lovely. There are two pools. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very nice and upgraded to be smart. I love the waterfall showerhead.. it’s a short walk or the hotel will shuttle you over to the beach. The restaurant on site is quiet and the food is very good. There is one issue there is a nightclub called Ibiza across the road and they play extremely loud music and it goes on until 3 AM.. I’m not sure if they do a daily but they did it last night and I have three more nights here and I’m hoping that it won’t be like last night. They are supposed to stop at 3 AM which I think is irresponsible and last night they didn’t stop until 4 AM. Other than that issue the hotel is very nice and free parking and there is security on site from 6 PM to 6 AM daily.

First solo visit to TCI and I did not know what to expect. I had read some of the previous reviews and was little nervous on choosing The Oasis. Let me say that it was one of the BEST decisions that I could have made. From the moment that I arrived to the time I left, the staff treated me like I was part of the family. They were all so friendly and offered great recommendations for food, activities and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and updated. Includes microwave, refrigerator and a nice size outdoor patio. There are two pools on sight and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The grounds are kept immaculate and cleanliness is a big priority. The restaurant has good food and is just steps away from your room. As a guests of the hotel, you will have access to the hotels area at the beach which has beach chairs and umbrellas steps away from the most inviting water you have ever seen. You can also order food and drinks on the beach from the hotel restaurant via the beach attendants. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and the shuttle van can get you there in under 5 min. It is also right down the street from a popular night spot Aziza which is within walking distance. The hotel is also a short distance from the main ***** where most of the shops and local restaurants are located. I loved my stay and would recommend it if you are looking for somewhere where the guests are priority, the grounds are beautifully kept, close to the beach with complimentary shuttle service then this place is for you.!!
