Excellent location with amazing staff. The onsite manager Paul was exceptional in providing world-class service and going above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. All of the staffs were eexceptional especially he night staffer Ifen was also extremely accommodating and providing exceptional service. True, authentic service alone with an amazing Oasis to stay while visiting Turks and Caicos. This was an amazing vacation and Thanks to Oasis at Grace Bay for making it all come together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯💯💯💯❤️

Truly “perfect on purpose”. I had an amazing time at this establishment’ I love boutique style Hotels and this one did not miss. The staff, and I mean everyone, was kind, helpful and there to please. It was my birthday trip, and had never been to Turks, but I absolutely will return and this is the only place I will stay. Paul , our manager on staff made every effort to make the experience a great one, and was very attentive at all times. The vibe was peaceful, the pool was pristine, and everything was indeed perfect.

Husband and I visited for our 20th anniversary and this resort was amazing. The transportation to the beach was 100% dependable and the beach setup is one of the best we saw on Grace Bay. The onsite restaurant was really good too. The resort is really clean and the staff is amazing. The resort is walkable to many restaurants. The only recommendation we have for the resort would be better access to water. Maybe we drink more water than the average person, but you’re given 2 complimentary bottles of water when you arrive, and after that, there weren’t really any instructions on how to get more. We grabbed a gallon at a nearby grocery store.

This resort is amazing. Small, boutique hotel. Modern, great vibes, trendy. Absolute great service! I’m a travel advisor and will recommend the right clientele to this property. Great access to restaurants and lounges. The onsite restaurant is great as well. Big ups to Ms. Stacy at the front desk. She’s a doll!

Stayed at the Oasis with my daughter - celebrated her 30th birthday and it was great! The staff was always friendly and were helpful whenever we had questions or requests. The resort was not overly crowded (and very clean) which was wonderful and we enjoyed the shuttle to the beach. The use of the electric bikes was so much fun and was a great alternative to getting to the shops (than getting a taxi). We truly enjoyed the Oasis!! Thank you for making our trip memorable!

We loved our stay at The Oasis! The staff is so friendly and the property is beautiful. So many great amenities like the beach shuttle/ food & drink service on the beach/ free airport pickup and drop off/ free electric bike use etc. The only problem I had was that I have some food restrictions and the restaurant was not very accommodating (especially the dinner menu) but I made it work!! Regardless, we would 1000% come back we loved The Oasis!

From the moment we stepped on the property until we left, beautiful smiles, friendly staff, amazing areas to lounge, fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms. We came to enjoy the area and found ourselves able to relax and enjoy each other’s company to the fullest. Great space to do our morning Yoga, stepping into each day with a serene state of mind. We loved our daily trips to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach, the water and calmness of the area was just what we needed. Shout out to each and every member of the Oasis team for making our stay one to remember and look forward to our future trips. We now feel like a part of the Family. Thank you to al!

The resort does not provide free breakfast but it’s advertised with VIP PERKS. The resort manager promised a complimentary airport shuttle to compensate the “free breakfast” but did not honor the free ride at the time of my departure and said that my reservation does not have VIP PERKS! Currently the location has construction outside the resort so most of the rooms DOES NOT have a view besides the on going construction across the street. It’s a small resort so you can’t expect much. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating.
