Windsong on the Reef

Recently stayed at the Windsong Turks and Caicos. It’s not a five or four star resort. Not everyone was pleasant, some of the staff seems unfriendly and don’t want to be there. Food at Jojos took 2 hours to be served. On one occasion the waiter seemed uninterested to take my order, he took two hours to bring my lunch, the ceasar salad looked like it was sitting there for a long time. He was chatting with previous guest who just arrived. I went to the manager but she did nothing about it. Breakfast was a joke. One morning my kids went to get breakfast by the pool, I stayed in lobby because there were too many flies to eat at Jojos the lady in the morning at the bar in the lobby bar was very rude , I didn’t realize u can get breakfast in lobby , so I asked for two fruit cup and two cranberry drink. I went to grab a seat in lobby then my kids came to join me. My daughter went to ask for a fork and she told her u can’t get breakfast there if I already got by Jojos. She then came over to our table and repeated it, which was embarrassing. Mind u I didn’t go to Jojos or order breakfast there because of the flies. The rooms and property was very beautiful. The beach was beautiful and clean. Very nice pools. Food was horrible and take forever to serve. Try another resort. Management needs to train staff, better customer service needed. Two kitchens needed to help with food service. The lobby needs to be more welcoming.

Here right now. The resort is beautiful. I’m writing this from my dinner table at Dune Restaurant on location. Please send waitstaff. It has been an hour since our order was taken and we still haven’t been served, and this is nothing new from what we’ve read. For $12K for six days (room only), I expect much, much better.
