Its a very nice, clean place - beach and views are as good as you would expect for any resort in the Caribbean. They have a very helpful staff and a nice outside cafe/restaurant. Really good Mexican restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. Better gym facility than most places as well. One thing I would like is a hand vac to clean up the sand that gets in the room from your shoes, towels, etc. but that happens at any place on the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed this resort. We were in the newer building and the quality of it showed. It seems at other resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, etc. they just rush and slap a building together. The suite we stayed in was definitely 5 star and we felt very fancy(hahaha). Waking up each morning to a beautiful view from our balcony was so nice. The calm, crystal clear water is like no other beach we've been to. The best part was we could snorkel right there and there was no seaweed. The food was your typical resort food, but the coconut shrimp was some of the best we've ever had. We will be back!

We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix. Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us. The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can’t wait to return.

This resort is phenomenal! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, you will be well taken care of. The rooms are so nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with plants and flowers. The balcony with views of the blue water and sunsets was definitely a highlight. The food was good and the rooftop bar was even better with our bartender "Wilder" You can rent snorkel gear right at the beach entry and go to the reef close by. We saw all kinds of fish. You can sit on the beach under umbrellas or at the pool. Beachside dining was very convenient. The location was great to other restaurants, grocery store, and shopping all within 10 min. Looking forward to next time already!

Our second time to Windsong in 4 years, and we have already booked a return visit February 2026 and here is why! The quaint feel of this resort and the retention of their employees provides a more exclusive feel than many other resorts I have been to. We originally booked at Ritz but I changed that after having a gut feeling our family would not get the same welcoming service and friendly feel as Windsong and I am glad I changed my reservation to Windsong for July 2025. From the check-in run by Annette and Butler service of Garey that provided so many exciting excursions we will never forget. Then there is the food and beverage staff from Alicia, Samuel, Marcson and our friend since 2021 Omar! I know I am leaving out so many friendly staff members but this is the best place and likely more family friendly than the others down Grace Bay! Can't wait to see everyone again in February.

What a beautiful and quaint resort! We were treated so wonderfully with the most excellent hospitality and care from Daishca and Alejandra. Whenever we had a tech issue (often user issues) they would call Carlitos and he was on it asap and always with a smile! The beach staff was so fun, and helpful too! Making sure we had what we needed for the day and helping us plan a boat outing too. You can’t beat the location right on the beach and reef! Our room was beyond spectacular in the penthouse suite! Whether there are just two people or more there are other rooms that can adjoin into your own vast living area with all the amenities, and separate sleeping quarters. The rooftop party spot had a jacuzzi, grill to cook dinner with the best view, along with cozy lounges, couch, umbrella and extended table to eat at. It was hard to leave and were so grateful for the hospitality and sharing your beautiful island with us! Pics are from each Lanai in the room (3)

Loved it! I stayed in a Suite studio sea view. Huge room with a full equipted kitchen (all appliances Kitchen Aid), washing machine. My shower was a room! One full toilets and another "service one" next to the living room. Sound box to help you sleep with sounds of sea, rain, forest, etc. The hotel was very quiet. We had dinner and food was ok. Not cheap. Warm water, clean. You just have to raise a yellow flag for service on the beach. What else do you need? Souvenir shop.
