Great resort in perfect location. Close to great restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Exceptional staff throughout. Much thanks to Lorraine and Tracy and the rest of their team!! We will certainly be back again soon. La Bouchon is great dining spot!

Amazing experience
Our experience at Bianca Sands on Grace Bay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and on the spot with everything. The bar cocktails were delicious and the space was comfortable. The location is amazing- from the stretch of beach just outside the resort to the variety of restaurants and shops within steps of the front door. We couldn't have asked for more!

Another blissful stay on Grace Bay
Third time we have stayed here, each time in a ground floor ocean view 2 BR unit.
Property has a phenomenal location on beach adjacent to all the shops and restaurants of Regent Village, next door to the new Ritz and its wonderful restaurants and across from the large Gourmet Supermarket (anything you would want to prepare meals in the condo but pricey!)
Staff tries very hard. Its not five star service but the beach and pool areas are very nice and quiet as most units appear to not be in the rental pool and many were dark. I loved that I could also walk to the wonderful golf course (about 1 mile) as we didnt have any need for a car.

Deceptive Marketing at Bianca Sands
The site is totally deceptive. This is NOT a luxury property. It is a condo that has some rooms rented out as a hotel. The location is great right on the beach but there are ZERO services whatsoever. To have to dig in a laundry bin inside of a closet for towels for the pool is an all time low for a property that charges what they do.

Our second time here, super luxurious two br right on beach
Great pool and exercise room
Staff couldnt have been nicer, the beach boy will bring you food from the nice restaurant around the corner
Walking distance to many restaurants
Went to gourmet market and bought things for breakfast and lunch

Resort was breathtaking. Hospitality was phenomenal!! The rooms were clean and homey. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everyone had space to enjoy each others company or time with their significant other. First time out of the country and it will always be a blessed memory!

Most beautiful, cleanest place ever stayed Friendliest staff ever Highly highly recommend Very private, staff waits on you hand and foot If I ever come to Turks and Caicos again will definitely stay at this place, Wish we could have stayed longer

The Regent Grand was on the best stretch of beach, close to restaurants, bars and beach dining. Walking to the other hotels to the right, it seems they are three or 4 rows deep with chairs while the RG is just one row with great loungers, and an attendant to get waters and drinks from the bar. I took off 1 star because our room smelled a little musty( room 207- ocean front 1 bedroom). Other than that- the room was great. Very big, very clean, beautiful view. Our friends had room 107 and their room didn't have the same musty smell. The bartender was very sweet, and the people that worked there were very nice. Overall we had a great stay.
