Götznerhof - Self-Check-IN

-nice location, quiet area with mountain view, and bus taking to innsbruck - spacious room - self check in: please stop this!!! people need human contact. leave this to low cost hotel chains, but here you should have someone available. plus, this online system might be challenging for seniors who do not master technology - i understand the restaurant is closed but at least foresee a coffee machine or kettler. Also, it s summer time with 30 degrees, offering a small bottle of water in the room should be common courtesy - the towels in the room are old, consumed, and small. no towel for shower - overall, this experience is a disappointment, and is what i call "make money without sweating". perhaps it s low season for the hotel mgmt, but it s not for all people who were looking forward to having nice holidays here. they also deserve very good service, especially when the bill to pay is that expensive

We had a wonderful stay here recently, tho this is not the first, we have been visiting for many years. This is a welcoming, friendly hotel. The food is tasty & plentiful, the staff make every effort to ensure the guests are well looked after. The atmosphere is very relaxed which suits my family & friends perfectly. I would highly recommend.

This hotel was very authentic and a brilliant place to stay with easy access to multiple slopes and Innsruck. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel accomodated. Lovely food and facilities. Other guests were also very friendly and helped make they stay great. Would highly recommend this hotel.
