The house has 5 rooms on one whole floor, and the floor is made of wood, so the sound insulation is poor. You can hear anyone going to the bathroom, etc. It's not suitable for people with light sleep, but I feel okay with earplugs.
The kitchen facilities are complete and clean. The toilet is a bit small and not soundproof. The room is not big but sufficient. Self-service check-in and check-out are available throughout the whole process. If you want to stay for a short time occasionally, you still have to choose a hotel if you want to enjoy your own space.
