融通効かない。宿泊の９０日前からキャンセル料30%も発生する。 物理的に現地に行けなくなったというのに、全然考慮もない。 早めに予約しようと思えば、「その時期のよやくはまだ受け付けていない」と言われ、２ヶ月前ぐらいに予約すれば、その瞬間からキャンセル料発生。10%ぐらいならまだわかる。30%は高すぎだろ！物理的に行けなくなったというのに30%も取られるなんて初めて。 最悪。絶対に利用する気になれない。 本当に後悔している。
