"My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Place Gothenburg during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also made good use of the bar facilities, which had a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who took the time to ask about our plans while we were in Gothenburg. She suggested a few changes to our itinerary and recommended some local attractions we hadn’t considered. We followed her advice, and it genuinely made our trip even better—we had an excellent time and really appreciated her local knowledge. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Gothenburg to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service."

"I will start with the fact that the Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. But was A little disappointed when a room advertised as premier, was average at best. Shelve in the room broken, light fixtures that didn’t work, old basic tv that only had basic cable so couldn’t watch movies or Netflix etc or connect to with our devices. Not major issues but more what you expect from basic low end accommodation of private rooms at a hostel etc"

"It was a great hotel. Unfortunately the ferry doesn't work. Doesn't run on the weekends so we use public transport by the bus. Overall good. Stay in Gothenburg and we'll definitely be returning. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with multiple different choices to include fruits, pancakes, three types of eggs, variety of different breads, etc."

"We were there off-season and therefore experienced the hotel's special atmosphere. Very informal and very relaxed. But let's start with the hotel: the hotel is beautifully situated and is very chic and furnished to a high standard. We could see the large ships sailing to and from Gothenburg from our bed. Because the restaurant was still closed, they cooked a delicious meal just for us in the evenings. Bicycles were also available to us so we could explore both islands. We felt very, very comfortable."
