"My stay was generally good, and the staff was friendly. However, there were several issues worth mentioning: The parking cost was higher than what was stated on the website. On the 3rd floor of the parking garage, there is no shelter, and the spaces are very tight. If another car parks slightly off‑center, it becomes difficult to park. On the first day, I had to check all floors and eventually found a spot only on the 3rd floor, though the following days were fine. The parking entrance passcode was changed without informing guests in advance. We only learned about it after facing problems at the entrance. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but there were no extra amenities beyond what was shown. One of the towels had a brown stain, which was unpleasant. The shampoo provided was good. Overall, the stay was okay, but improving communication and parking conditions would make the experience much better"

"Very kind stuff , great breakfast and very good dinner (a small buffet dinner but everything was delicious and tastefull). Location quiet, only 10 min with tram 1 to main railway station and 15 min with tram 5 to Universum and downtown. Not a problem at all. Nice courtyard inside , gym very well equiped, sauna also included. We really liked our stay here and would come again. There is outside pool."

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a while, especially for the price which is excellent value for a hotel in the heart of the city. Very close to the airport bus (100m) and walking distance to everywhere downtown. The staff were all smiling and very helpful, and special mention to the excellent buffet breakfast. The room was a very good size, as was the bathroom. Fairly fast wifi, and loved the unusual set of dumbells in every room for a quick workout!! Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend."

What we did react to, however, was their pride flags at the reception which were not welcoming. It is not about the value of all people but about the fact that not everyone shares their extreme sexual political agenda. It could have been national flags instead or the hotel's flag."

"could hear water dripping sound coming from the toilet bowl or wall, can’t locate. toilet door can’t be close tight, one of the switch was not working, was given a room at the first floor facing the road and there was clubbing sound even at 10pm, curtain doesn’t close well cause sleeping direction faces it and light still shines in BUT breakfast buffet was good!"
