location is excellent as it can see the Mountain Fuji clearly under good weather conditions. Staffs are kind and helpful. Facilities are easy to access and use. With the lounge which opened to hotel guests, we can stay there to enjoy the view of Mountain Fuji with drinks

Amazing hotel with daily morning Fuji View room. Location is up the mountain, 8 to 10mins drive away to gotemba premium outlet or free shuttle bus from hotel. On site onsen/hot bath is available in the hotel. Parking is free and breakfast need to reserve time slot to prevent overcrowding for good dining experience admiring Fuji ~

Nice place with onsen, even though the onsen facilities is small scale type however we enjoyed the onsen as less crowd. Their breakfast is absolutely delicious.
