방에 들어갔을때 사진에 잘 안나올 정도로 많은 벌레... 발을 디딜수가 없음.
카운터 계신분 대화가 통하지 않음. 다른방으로 바꿔주신다 하더라도 마찬가지..
트립탓컴 고객센터도 대화가 통하지 않음. 업체측에서 취소를 안해주면 못해준다는 말만 되풀이.. 다른방 이동은 어렵냐는 말만 되풀이..
그래.. 상담원분은 무슨 죄가 있겠어요... 숙박비 날리고 나와서 다른곳 머뭄.
