"Perfect one. 4* level, very comfortable rooms, ideally clean, friendly service. Couldn't imagine more. Breakfast was great, but cant find coffeemachine:( They have smoking lounges in the restaurant terrace, but nobody will tell you about it - just find the "cages" on terrace and thats it."

"A luxurious hotel in the center of Gorontalo. Large, clean rooms. The Wi-Fi was a bit problematic at first, but reception later gave me a separate router. The hotel has a good restaurant and an excellent breakfast buffet. There's a rooftop pool with great views."

"The exterior is beautiful, so I initially thought it was built as a boutique hotel. However, now it feels more like a backpacker's hostel. It's not suitable for family travelers from Western countries. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked fine, which was comfortable. The staff doesn't speak English, so a smartphone is essential for communication. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the drain had a lot of hair in it. There were many tiny bugs, about 1mm long, in the corners and on the floor, but they died after I sprayed them with the insect repellent I brought. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and hadn't been refilled. There was also no faucet on the sink. However, hot water was available, which was comfortable. The low price is its biggest appeal. I would stay here again."
