"I am deeply disappointed by my experience with this property and the way my concerns have been handled by management, specifically Kelly Harper. Prior to my arrival, I contacted the hotel to advise that I would be arriving late and was assured that my reservation would be noted. Despite taking the proactive step of communicating with the hotel in advance, I encountered significant issues upon arrival that resulted in confusion, inconvenience, and a stressful experience. What has been even more disappointing than the initial incident is the complete lack of meaningful follow-up afterward. I have sent multiple emails seeking clarification, resolution, and an opportunity to discuss my concerns. To date, I have not received any substantive response addressing the issues I raised. I have also escalated my concerns by contacting Marriott franchise representatives and corporate contacts in an effort to obtain a fair review of what occurred. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, no one has contacted me to discuss the matter or work toward a resolution. As a guest, I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. Instead, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. Regardless of whether management agrees with my position, guests deserve timely communication and a genuine effort to address concerns when they arise. I am sharing this review so that other travelers are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions when choosing accommodations. I hope Marriott and the property’s ownership group will eventually review this matter and take appropriate steps to improve both guest relations and management responsiveness."

"Extremely dirty. Bed was comfortable, but rooms had stale smells, floors were dirty, fruit flies all over bathroom, dirty carpets, dead bugs in common areas/Libby. Paying nearly $200 per night, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Staff were kind, breakfast was good, but need some serious improvement in cleanliness."

"We arrived after midnight for a one night stay during our trip from the Midwest to Florida. The hotel appears to have undergone a recent remodel. The room was freshly painted and looked like it had new plank flooring. The bedspread and sleeper couch were worn and could use replacing, but otherwise the room was clean. Our room had a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Coffee was offered in the office and it looked like they may have had dry cereal, but nothing else."
