"Booked the room (outside bathtub) via trip.com, the receptionist arrange me to another room type (inside bathtub) and claimed that trip.com has reserve the wrong room type with them. I report the problem to the property owner and she said that the inside bathtub room type has fully booked. It’s really disappointing to receive such response from her. The receptionist called and offer me to upgrade to jacuzzi room, but I insisted on the original room type that we booked. At the end, thanks to the customer who willing to change the room type with us and the receptionist who willing to raise this to another customer. The owner did not apologies at all. Really disappointed with her attitude."

"Kandu Resort located in Kampung Area. Really nice for those plan for quiet environment. I visited during Raya Aidilfitri 1st day, so not many people there. The only bad thing is the road to the resort is quite narrow and dark if you back to resort after 8pm."

"The most unique feature of this guesthouse is its over 100-year-old Malay cottage, which even retains photos of the original owner. Walking up the stairs is quite interesting. However, the house is entirely wooden, with many gaps that can't be sealed, resulting in a large number of ants and flying insects. The garden offers opportunities to pick oranges, rambutans, and eat durian, which is quite interesting. Its location is only suitable for those traveling by car. The service was somewhat disappointing. When there was no hot water at night, I called the manager, and he dragged his feet, making over a dozen calls before finally sending someone. The efficiency is nowhere near that of places in China. Also, she took some photos of me and asked if I could access the internet. I said no, please send me the photos. She verbally agreed but never sent them, and I don't know if her photos were even shared online."
