Friendly staff, terrible experience. Rooms are very dated, construction going on and pool out of order. Completely disappointed the rooms are very aged, nothing like the pictures. Only rooms available are on the 1st floor, with construction happening in the 2nd floor beginning at 7am! Pool was green and obviously out of order.

I had the most shocking and appalling treatment by Carol today while trying to check out. I am still sick to my stomach over my experience this morning. I felt physically threatened by numerous members of staff, was cornered in a hallway with no way to get out, and all over Carol leaping to an awful assumption that ended up being her error. I wasn’t even given an opportunity to get back into the hotel to sort out the error before Carol had at least 4 staff with her staring at me in the parking lot while I loaded my car. Carol accused me of trying to skip out on my bill and the second I asked her to put the charge through in my presence, it went right through. With no delay or problem. I wasn’t even given humiliated beyond belief, and to add insult to injury, a group of guests inserted themselves into the situation without knowing why I was upset, verbally assaulted me and then spit at me. As I type this, I fail to understand what the issue was or why I was treated with such aggression when I still had time to check out before noon, and the credit card on the account was good. “… people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" -Maya Angelou I will never forget the way I felt when I got to my car, shaking and sick to my stomach, after that experience with Carol.
