酒店太豪了 哈哈 在景區裏算五星了吧

門前的小溪要做電瓶車穿過
每次都惹得我們尖叫
行李都給送到房間\車上 服務周到

設施：很完善
衞生：很乾凈
環境：在景區入口自駕10分鐘的地方。整個景區單行線自駕，全程要1個多小時。所以它算很開始的位置。去齊夢德後還要從酒店東溝出口繞一圈回來酒店。酒店在一個小河旁邊，河水隔開停車場和前台，行李車涉水來接送行李。如果您開車底盤高（比如坦克300）可以涉水自駕到前台。整個酒店都是小木屋，推開門就是風景。早晨起來林間散步，環境打滿分。
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很好，有一位小哥幫忙運行李，人很帥。提前加了微信，有問必答。
推薦：早點去齊夢德騎馬4小時到雪山腳下，整個伊犁行程推向高潮。
注意⚠️：第二天退房如果不想再繞1個小時單行線出景區，需要趁景區沒開門前早點從西門離開，衹需要逆行開10分鐘。景區上班後就不讓逆行了。
下次來還會入住。

在庫爾德寧景區裏的一家特色木屋酒店，訂酒店的時候記得打電話報備車牌號，不然在景區入口進不去還要買票，酒店門口有停車場，進入酒店需要打電話給前台坐酒店電瓶車穿越一條溪流進去，酒店設施比較完善，大堂有個咖啡館，店主有衹小柴犬胖乎乎得，還提供一些拍照道具，可以打卡拍照。營地裏麪小木屋之間有木頭小路連接，員工會開三輪車運送行李，但是人衹能自己走進去，有一個餐廳，在營地中部，提供自助早餐，種類比較豐富，也很好吃，居然提供糯米雞和燒麥，懷疑廚師是南方人，中餐和晚餐可以在餐廳點餐。酒店有一座木頭棧橋連接溪谷兩岸供行人同行，還可以爬到觀景台看風景。房間設施比較齊全，但是沒有冰箱，房間裏還有加濕器，浴缸和淋浴，每個木屋有個露天陽台，可以坐在風景裏，電動雙層床簾和投影幕電視，晚上在床上看個電影很愜意，酒店員工多為當地人，很熱情，我們晚上到的晚餐廳已經停止營業，衹有烤肉和烤饢，員工在吃西瓜我們隨口一問，立馬給我們切了一盤。

溪谷營地環境優美，房間佈置不錯，餐廳羊排火鍋好吃，餐廳鍾經理一人撐起整個餐廳服務，值得表揚。單論餐廳和環境，溪谷值得5分好評！但是，營地的短板也很明顯，客房設施維護不到位，窗紗壞了關不上。咖吧服務很差，對住店客人，且在咖吧消費的，想借個杯子都推三阻四，一會説一次性杯子不能給，有成本，一會説杯子借後要清洗，就是不願借杯子。差勁的服務，給營地抹黑。請溪谷加強客服培訓，希望將來溪谷給人留下印象，不要再是環境不錯，服務不好。

1）酒店用品很差，捲紙是上個客人用剩的一點點，沒有牌子的，質量很差的那種。洗漱品和飲用水都很一般。熱水器不給力，水也很小，洗一個人就沒熱水了下一個人就要等
2）早餐太差了 隨便一個廉價連鎖酒店都比這好。門口沒什麼風景，有條小河，車又衹讓停在河對岸，拿着行李很不方便。前台也很冷淡 幾乎沒有什麼服務可言，完全不值價格

智能設備全面失靈 燈控系統混亂：睡眠模式不關燈、明亮模式不開燈，浪漫模式竟然是開燈開窗簾
智能馬桶故障：需手動操作蓋板打開加熱也沒用
投影儀與窗簾失控：設備完全無法使用，導致夜間娛樂和休息受阻。衞生與設施嚴重失格，房間內出現大量小蟲子，床上也有蟲類殘留，引發家屬過敏反應
床品臟污：更換房間後四件套仍有明顯污漬，床體塌陷
空調故障需住客自行報修：基礎設備問題未提前排查，凌晨1點被迫換房且新房間問題依舊；
未提供有效補償：因設備故障和換房耗時，次日行程被迫取消，酒店未主動提出補救措施。
多房間同類故障：更換房間後智能設備、床品問題仍未解決，説明酒店未建立日常檢修機制；
面對連續投訴，工作人員僅機械式道歉，缺乏主動解決問題的能力

服務很差、，住了那麼多酒店完全沒遇到這種酒店，房間全是甲醛味結果告訴我衹有空氣清新劑，也沒有專門用來服務的微信，每次有什麼需要都要等半天或者我自己等不及打電話，入住了半個小時就想退房，要不是沒房間了根本不可能再住，説出房間的問題酒店這裏也是不耐煩的態度，完全不可能再入住的酒店
