房間非常乾淨，非常ins的裝修風格，前台小姐姐非常有耐心的幫忙調換了心儀露台風景的房間。體驗很不錯，工作人員也都很好。有機會還會去的。

真的強烈推薦大家住這裏！！！感覺像是住進了森林！！！
隨處一拍都出片，新疆之行住的感覺最棒的酒店！早上起來窗簾一拉，小貓咪躺在露台椅子上睡覺，太治癒了！
幫忙搬行李及車我過小溪的小木小哥哥和前台的茹扎小姐姐服務真的都好熱情啊，在庫爾德寧玩有什麼不懂的還會告訴我，溪谷，我一定會回來的！

遊玩庫爾德寧的不二之選！前台和禮賓部工作人員都很好，所有提醒事項在前台處均有提示。很棒！
酒店位置便利，離入口不遠，對於自駕車需要單向行駛的庫爾德寧，選擇早上景區開放前出行，順利避開客流，又不會繞路。如果在入住後，選擇下午晚上直接遊玩，在景區閉園20:00後可以逆行回酒店。
酒店服務人員相應及時，管家24小時服務，到達後致電馬上開車來接，離開時也很快派行李車送回停車場。
酒店自帶餐廳，味道也不錯。房間為獨立一幢，有露台，很適合喜歡安靜的客人。

酒店環境非常好，安靜！我們下午辦理入住後，5點多直接去齊夢徳騎馬，不堵車，有位置停車。晚上8點多逆行回酒店。第二條一早再上齊夢徳騎馬，中午離開，完美避開人流！騎馬必須去雪山，太美了。

在庫爾德寧景區入口進去不遠的地方，進入酒店要坐電瓶車穿過小溪，很特別的體驗。
環境很好，森林裏的溪水旁小木屋，酒店裡有牛羊，房間隔音很好，關上窗門晚上聽不見水流聲也聽不見牛叫。
早餐便簡單，有粉面檔，而且是這一次旅行在伊犁附近景區住宿唯一一家有備果汁的👍
但酒店有些設計上不合理的地方，首先衞生間區域和卧室區域之間沒有任何遮擋，淋浴間裏面也沒有掛鈎或者放置物品的平台，洗完澡衹能走出沐浴間使用毛巾、穿衣服。但選擇雙床房的客人應該大多不是願意互相觀看裸體的關係吧。
另外我們房間落地窗正對隔壁房間的側面小窗（如圖），應該也沒有人想跟隔壁房間的人在各自的房間裏互相觀看吧。
最後是房間裏沒有座機，雖然説有行李運送服務，但不知道如何呼叫，最後自己把箱子從木棧道拖到了前台。
總之是挺特別的住宿體驗，還是值得一住的。

環境超好的，淌過小河才能到前台。裏面也很大，晚上散步才發現，都有木棧道連着，整個營地的公區乾淨整潔。房間的浴缸，小露台都是很美，就是那種一進房間有點小驚艷的那種。餐廳也很不錯，不貴而且味道也不錯。酒店生意很好，所以拿送行李有時候不及時，也能理解。

浴室門壞了，修了半天勉強能用，套房裡另一間榻榻米的燈源開關在外面廳裏，不是很方便。服務人員都非常熱情，隨時幫忙運行李送東西～

相當贊！沒訂到柏睿營地，網上推薦溪谷説是柏睿營地，實際到現場覺得完全超預期，住在森林中的感覺簡直太棒了！説平替有點委屈了～服務也非常到位，尤其是前台媛媛非常貼心地安排，無微不至，必須實名點贊👍
