經濟實惠，好停車，房間大，但是空調製熱不是很快。房間設施基本上齊全，衞生還過得去，椅子上有東西沒洗乾淨。總的來説還是可以的

入住過很多次了，這家酒店離高鐵站很近，有出行需要的時候就選擇這一家酒店，房間的設施和衞生都中規中矩吧，需要的東西基本都有，主要是停車方便，價格也還算實惠！

自駕游回程因某些原因需要轉高鐵回家，票售罄衹能搶後車票。在恭城搶一天沒搶到，衹能暫住搶第二天的。住宿！避雷高鐵旁邊怡什麼佳賓館！大冷雨天搶不到票帶着小娃娃等了大半天，實在受不了，想着將就一晚旁邊這家，拉着行李剛進去，門面暗很亂，樓梯窄。老闆就坐在茶几上掛毛毯吃瓜子，看也不帶看一眼。孩子爸爸問多少錢一晚，老闆很不情願説120（同款型在網上看是90）我和老闆説那我網上訂購吧。還沒説完，老闆直接牛哄哄懟過來:我可以退單不接！怎麼這麼噁心，玩不起就不要掛網上！我直接掉頭拉行李走人，説我們不住了！咳，老闆回了句:不住就不住！這就是為何要避雷的怡佳賓館！讓我對這縣城好感大打折扣！查了附近有瑤宿，很近，走路過去都可以。冒着寒風冷雨，兩拖三再帶行李寶寶椅。來到這發現地理位置優越，就在恭城高鐵對面的瑤族風景旅遊景點，出站馬路直走就到了。房間整潔，有暖氣，途中斷了10分鐘電，很快解決。老闆人很好，附近店鋪已經沒開了，伶仃幾間鋪面開，但不影響這裏住宿條件（介意冷清另説）床鋪乾淨，房間大。
