The location of the hotel was excellent, the hotel staff was nice and the breakfast service was excellent, of course we will return to stay there again

You messed up my holiday. Could anyone explain me this situation? A staff member came in front of the room and waving their fingers at me, my wife and my daughter and shouting with all their voices at the midnight moreover, you have victimized me as a customer. And you tried me to silence it by shouting. what a pity. Is here really Paris? I tried to reach manager but couldn't. We fehlt uncomfortable and unsafety During the staying in Hotel. He was very angry even he didn't make his responsibility. If you don't support this kind of behavior you could contact me. Otherwise I accept you support this oppressive and scary behavior. My children is 4 and 12 years old and scared too much.

I liked the hotel. It looked new. Everybody were nice. You need to have a car to be able to get around. The hotel is located a few minutes from Paris.

Catastrophique ! J’y suis allée pour 3 nuits un prix affiché dans l’hôtel qui ne correspond pas à ce que j’ai payé. Seulement le premier jour correspondait au prix affiché dans l’hôtel. De plus, le deuxième jour, personne n’est venu faire la chambre et quand je descends pour expliquer l’incident personne pour trouver une solution c’est un comble. De plus, quand je leur fais une remontée sur leur adresse mail accor, pas de remboursement par rapport à l’augmentation croissant du tarif pour les deux nuits suivantes. Je ne recommande pas du tout ! !!!

Prix imbattable 1 nuit d hôtel avec petit dej et 7 jours de parking compris 104€. Réservé quelques jours avant sur internet. Petit dej et personnel sympa. Chambre moyenne la propreté pourrait être mieux. Femme de ménage se permet de frapper à la porte alors que l on a la chambre jusqu’à 12h… On a demandé un taxi à la réception pour l aéroport CDG. Je vous conseille de passer par uber ou bolt car il vous commande un van avec une addition salée. 42€ contre 18€ pour un uber, 11€ avec bolt ou 22€ si c est un taxi avec un voiture standard.

Great airport hotel.
Very adequate for a single night before catching an early flight at CDG. The front staff was friendly and quick, vending and restaurants in the hotel were excellent and affordable. Only thing wrong with our room was the AC didn't work. We didn't bother reporting it because we were there for less than 12 hours.
