The hotel is in a crappy location in respect to Santa Barbara.....the room was old and tattered...the carpet so dirty you didn't want to walk on it. The toilet woke up the whole hotel when flushed...the food was typical prefab stuff barely edible otherwise it was great.

The hotel has an elegant environment, and the rooms are clean and comfortable; the bathroom lighting is soft and warm, making people feel very comfortable, and a beautiful painting is hung to add beauty to the room; the front desk can help you make hot water and coffee, which is relatively rare in the United States. Drinking hot water is great!

Pronk employees seem to be busy and having a hard time handling their work alone. It doesn't feel friendly, and if you ask something, your face will be filled with annoyance. The elevator was broken so it was difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

I went to UCSB to see students. The hotel is located between downtown and the university, and most of the guests staying here are vacationers. Cleanliness is average, a bit noisy at night, American breakfast.

Very good and satisfied

This hotel is great, has free parking, and is only three kilometers from UC Santa Barbara. The bedding and configuration are on the same level as domestic Hampton hotels.

Old, breakfast is OK, expensive

The breakfast is very rich and opens very early, from 6 to 10 o'clock. The service staff is very nice. The hotel is convenient for travel and the surrounding environment is quiet and safe.

The room is clean, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is simple and convenient. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the University of Santa Barbara. There is **uncle not far away.

The price is a bit high, not cost-effective

The room facilities are very good and the hotel is very cozy. The lobby provides hot water, coffee and tea 24 hours a day. Breakfast is also available, with fruits, cakes, milk and sausages. The waiters are very enthusiastic.
