The coffee-themed decor is charming and adds a nice touch to the overall ambiance. It’s perfect for coffee enthusiasts! My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom was well-maintained, with a good selection of toiletries. However, I felt that the lighting could be a bit brighter. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out processes were swift and efficient. The housekeeping service was punctual and thorough. I particularly appreciated the concierge, who provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was consistently reliable throughout my stay. The on-site café serves an impressive variety of coffee and pastries. However, the fitness center was relatively small and could use more equipment. The front desk they are so charming. The hotel environment is good. The hotel rooms are big and nice. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The bed was lovely and soft, the room was very clean. The location was okay, but the view is of an old apartment block that you can see into the windows of. I checked in here after the James Joyce near Universal became full. I think because this is a business version of the hotel it wasn't as well decorated and smelled heavily of cigarettes. Breakfast was basic, nothing special.

The hotel is located on Jinghai 7th Road, next to a residential area, supermarket and some essential facilities. The service is very good. There are robots that can deliver takeout. The breakfast is served for a long time, with many varieties and delicious! I will come again next time I am on a business trip!

The corners of the room were full of dust, the room was not cleaned in time, and the breakfast was not very varied. Moreover, the car was parked at the door of the hotel, and the rear windshield was smashed. Until now, even the surveillance camera could not be adjusted, and it was not provided. They kept shirking responsibility. The service attitude was extremely poor.
