Nice room - very clean and comfortable! This is my second time booking this hotel and they treated me very well with afternoon tea and good breakfast, even gave us water bottle and a cute souvenir when we checked out😊 I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they go to Changsha🥰 thank you for the warm welcome and would love to come back next time❤️

The service it’s good, the room is clean and wide for 4 person. There is also a AI that help us in the room haha it’s really cool! All the complimentary also good and we can ask for additional toothbrush and anything. Overall is good!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The air conditioning was not really working even though we tried to adjust the temperature. Toilet door was abit faulty too. Other than that, the room was nice and location is near the metro and a mall. The staff was also helpful in assisting us to reserve a ktv room and we could also do a late check out at 2pm. Overall, still a relatively pleasant stay

Great location for Meixi lake. Room was spacious, enough room for 2/3 people! Air conditioner was good. Breakfast was ok, luckily it came included, wouldn’t pay extra a lot of spicy food. If you go to breakfast later they don’t refill the fruits, tea etc.

This is a lovely hotel and very close to the lake. Only a short distance by walking there. The staff gave us some tea coupons we could use during our stay which was very nice of them. The room was very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again.
