Manager was very abrupt and rude Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable If you are a cyclist don’t stay here. There is no where to safely leave you bike and the staff don’t care The rest of the facilities were clean

The room was nice, the bed was big and sturdy. They gave us breakfast around 7:15am. The staff was really nice. They kept our luggage before the check-in and after the checkout. Really well placed with everything you need in the area !

Location is too good for travelers and there are lots of restaurants near hotel.

Interior design of hotel and room furniture layout were artistic, as suggested by the hotel name. Facilities included a cabinet dryer in the room were beyond hotel norm. Clean room. Near several restaurants, big supermart and a great beach to watch sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic. Claiming different booking no., initially reception staff refused check in and wanted guest to call Trip.com directly despite having correct guest name clearly shown on hotel computer screen. With reasoning, reception agreed to call trip.com and matter was resolved. Hotel needs to improve customer service further in this aspect. Other than the above, we enjoy our stay very much.

I hope hoteliers can read this review: I made a reservation on trip.com before coming here, but the payment turned out to be unsuccessful. When we went to the front desk, a staff member who called himself "Boss" asked for more cash to get the same room, and then we tried again. After confirming the previous order, the staff immediately became angry and said that there was no room, and asked us to cancel it ourselves through trip.com and leave. We said that this order cannot be canceled, and the staff said that he would not care and it was none of his business. Anyway, now There is no room. During the dispute, an old couple entered the hotel, paid ¥60,000 in cash and obtained a key card, which showed that the employee had no integrity and that their reservation was not guaranteed. After wasting more than an hour, with the help of another staff member, the male staff reluctantly handed over the room card for room 808, and said that a 3-month-old baby would have to pay extra, but there was a card at the front desk. There is no additional charge for children under 7 years old! At the end of the communication, the staff insulted me with "**** up" and Korean swear words (ZxOM), and refused to tell me the details of the breakfast. I went on a trip to Donghae, Gangwon-do, and was satisfied with the hotel. I had a great time. I was satisfied with the price. Breakfast was simple and decent.

Picasso came to Korea for the first time in a long time due to the coronavirus and came to visit his friends from the East Sea and stayed there. I planned to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying 3 nights. All facilities are clean and spotless. I don't know when I will come to Korea again, but this is a place I want to come again.

It was nice because it was located in the busiest area in the East Sea. The room's cleanliness and amenities were perfect, and the styler was good. Plus, the breakfast was good. If I had to pick a fault, it was that the bed was too hard and it wasn't a comfortable place to sleep.
