This hotel is a scam, they scammed us by doing false advertising. We booked this hotel for a couple of weeks and we asked for a super deluxe, when we arrived they gave us a little house as they call it a “villa” which was like a prison. Then they said that we did a “mistake” saying that we only got 4 people and not 5 which costed as a couple of thousand euros so that we can stay. They gossiped before we payed about us not paying which caused the people to be very against us thinking that we will steal and get away with it. We payed and they stopped, and one of the receptionist told us what they were saying. The food, omg it is a compliment to even call the food they serve terrible. The food was horrific, ants on the food, all the food was mostly 1 week old! If you want to eat watermelons for breakfast, lunch AND dinner, COME TO THIS HOTEL but if you want to eat edible and good food, don’t even bother looking through the comments because majority of the section is negative. This is a horrible hotel. This is not a 5* hotel and clearly, it's overpriced. Lots of fake stuff that they advertise which don't exist: - all included is not all included, i.e, only thing they serve is beer and some other simple drinks; - all included drinks its only in a certain bar, and not all bars, which means if you are in the beach, you can't get a drink from the beach bar, you need to walk to the bar in the hotel (same for the swimming pool bar) - it's only from 10am to 10pm; - free snacks only from 4pm-5pm; - breakfast, lunch and dinner are always the same food and most of the food doesn't have a description; - The pool is only open from 10 am to 6pm; They have rooms in the hotel and in the villa. Beware when making a reservation because you might get settled in the villa and it's horrible. The cleaning service, if you can call it that, is terribl: - They don't change the sheets; - They don't clean the bathroom or the room; - They don't replace towels or anything; - Everyday we have a new complaint and we go to the reception to complain, they say they are gonna handle it, and nothing gets fixed; - No shampoo for 5 days. Things mentioned in booking which don't exist: - There is no indoor swimming pool (they say it's currently unavailable in August) - There is no entertainment - the Internet exists but it's very slow and you need to keep reconnecting - they turn off the coffee machine after breakfast - there are two restaurants of the hotel but they are not included in the all included - the spa and the massages are paid - no activities (none at all, inexistent) - there is no nightclub - no room service - no breakfast in bed - no vending machines - no lift in the villa - no water slide Other things worth mentioning: - no life guard in the pool (we saw a man had problems and a guest in the hotel had to go rescue him); - on one day, we had no water to take showers. - the next two days we had no hot water. - the phone in the room doesn't work. - they don't turn on the swimming pool waterfalls - the beach bar is nonexistent (even though you have to pay there if you are all inclusive) - Our room came without the tv remote, not cleaned, without the fridge, with the cups to take coffee or tea but no tea or coffee (or water), no input to connect the water heater.. Positive notes: - The all inclusive bar guy does all he can with the low resources he has; - Nothing else. In my opinion, worst stay I've had and my suggestion is to not waste your money into this hotel. There are much better options around this location.

Terrible food (we have founded worns two times in their food), we have booked and paid an all inclusive offer but we got just 10% of what we have ordered. Indoor pool and spa is out of the function during the summer (but it has been written that we can use it during the summer when we booked). There is a lot of fungus mold smell in their little vilas, you cant sleep there. They are liars. Kind and helpful staff. Definitely it is the worst experience in my life. We checked out in our second day, because we couldn’t were there for even a time more. Please dont lost your moneys!

Cleaning: 1. Ceiling with mold; 2. Joints of the tiles with mold; 3. The change of towels does not happen daily and, many days, lack of towels 4. The change of sheets is not done: we removed the pillowcases from the pillow because they were dirty and the stateroom attendant simply put them back on; 5. The customer has to make the bed, the sheet is left on top of the bed, folded; 6. Pool bathroom impossible to be used due to lack of cleanliness (recurrent). Guest service: 1. Exchange rate: at the reception is the information of 1€ 130 leke. In the bar of the main building and in the pool bar there is no kind of written information and the waiters practice 1€ 100 leke. At the beach bar, there is no kind of written information (again) and it is practiced 1€ 90 leke; 2. When the request was made to associate the credit card with the room, numerous obstacles were presented and the guest service manager had an improper attitude towards the customer starting to snort; 3. When the request to speak to the management team, it was informed that no one would be available, it would take at least 30 minutes. After waiting, no one from the management team deigned to talk to us, the information was simply passed through the guest service people; 4. Paid pool towels, even if it's all inclusive. Food and beverage department: 1. There is only one bar included in the all inclusive package; 2. Coffee is only available for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are partly paid for. It happened that there were no coffee beans in the bar of the main building and we were told to go (we, the customer) to the a la carte restaurant to get our coffee. When we ordered coffee from the restaurant manager, it was first denied and after much insistence it ended up being served; 3. Very poor selection of drinks in the all inclusive bar (there is no sparkling wine and no cocktails, only simple drinks); 4. Non-existent table service most of the time at the beach bar when the bar servers are on site, sitting at the counter on the mobile phone: the customer has to go to the counter to be served and in bad manners; 5. Bartender from the pool bar smoking inside the counter: simply puts the cigarette on the ashtray, makes the cocktails without washing his hands and, when he finishes, he goes back to the cigarette; 6. Was refused at the beach bar to put the expense in the room bill when we had been informed in the guest service that it was possible; 7. There is no water available in the room; 8. There are no water bottles available at the all inclusive bar. Infrastructure: 1. Split bedroom wall; 2. Broken bathroom tile; 3. On the booking is the information of a pool on the rooftop, non-existent.
