This hotel seems better online than in person and after speaking with the staff I blame management. The pool is renovated or something it is not the same as in the pictures and it is not heated. The equipment in the gym is dysfunctional and unable to operate properly which could result in injury. Please advise corporate or management to fix what's falsely advertised, please and thank you. (Picture with closed roof is the recent one and the pool was refrigeration cold )

The front desk was great (gentleman) we checked in with no problem. The overall was good. The room was nice and somewhat clean. My complaint was the bedding, the bedding was a little old with plenty lint knots (rough textured) all over so it’s not smooth and gave me discomfort during sleep. The breakfast was ok. Also it’s during summer break, there were plenty of children/teen ran up and down all night to the pool. So if you want a place to stay for a night, it’s good enough. Not recommend to light sleeper because you will hear the door slam, and highway traffic from outside.

Staff very nice, couch bed could use some reupholstering but the room was clean and neat. Pool area smelled like dogs were in there. Breakfast was continental. Beds were great

Absolutely worst stay.
1. First room was disgusting, broken and right next to the main entry. Air conditioner was dented in like someone stood on it, bed and couch were incredibly stained. Tv remote was broken.
2. Second room after complaint filed. - some hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Room had an odd odor - possible from next door microwave.
3. Could hear the next rooms television over ours. It was so loud
4. Could hear every little noise next door and in the hallways
5. Highway traffic was also super loud between exhausts and police sirens
6. FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 3am.
7. I’m sure there will be more reasons come sun rise.

Our family's 2 rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Reported loud music from another room & issue addressed immediately. Christine worked hard keeping weekend buffet stocked & cleaned with a friendly manner. Definitely returning on next family visit.

Stayed for a week and bed was only made once, didn't clean room throughly, hit and miss for towels. Pool was green.

I had to switch my first room because it smelled like pee and cigarettes once asked to move it was no problem but the next room had hair in the shower and the room smelled like gym sweat
