I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel). Not everything was perfect but overall was a nice holiday and probably we will comeback.

Bei Bezug staubig und Spinnenweben - kein Trinkgeld, daraufhin schlechte tägliche Reinigung - benutzte Gläser, Aschenbächer, WC-Brille und Duschwand garnicht oder unzureichend geputzt. Top: 84°C Sauna, jede Bar mit Markenspirituosen und Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendbufett. Flop: Dampfsauna ohne Abspritzschlauch - besser stehen als im Schweiß des Vorgängers zu sitzen - EKELIG!!! - Diskussion bei Handtuchtausch nach Saunabesuch außerhalb der Tauschzeit, obwohl immer Personal da ist - Motto des Hotels: Your Holidays - our Mission ☹️

Excellent location. Varied and always fresh food. Airy rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber und riechen himmlisch vergammelt. Der Service ist nicht wirklich gut. Die Klimaanlage wir nicht gereinigt. Die Betten für die Kinder sind sehr klein. In der Nacht ist es ziemlich laut das das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt.

Very good hotel in Golden Sands. We visited in the pre season and were good surprised from the hotel. Good and delicious food, very nice spa and big indoor pool with hot water. Nice entertainment. The only things which can be minus its that the room needs a renovation, the parking its payed before the season 10 Euro/day and the construction works into the next hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel. And even though this time we stayed in the concept zone, it seems that the quality has dropped a bit compared to last year. Things we thought got worse: 1. There is more food, but it is often cold and less refined. Last year everything was hot and every meal was like from the best restaurant. 2. even on the concept terrace there is sometimes no deckchair or umbrella. The beach can also be crowded. It would be great if at least part of the beach was non-smoking. 3. The indoor pool is so hot that bathing in it is downright unpleasant. But apart from that, it's still the best hotel we've stayed in Bulgaria. The location, cleanliness, size of the rooms - all this makes for a great rest. We especially appreciate the quality of service and the fact that we see the same people working there every year - which means that they also feel well there.

Très bel hôtel. Tout est fait pour vous reposer et passer de bonnes vacances.Nous sommes arrivés à 22 heures et n'avions pas mangé depuis midi, aucune collation nous attendait dans notre chambre vraiment dommage!!!!. L'hôtel situé face à la mer est tout à fait conforme aux photos des catalogues, la chambre est très propre, un grand merci aux femmes de chambre pour leurs petites attentions tous les jours. Vous pouvez vous restaurer dans le restaurant ou si le temps le permet en terrasse qui est très agréable. Les buffets sont biens mais répétitifs . Le personnel Bulgare assez froid au départ se déride peu à peu. Une mention particulière pour le personnel du bar et surtout pour la charmante Alexandra toujours souriante .
