Estuvimos con mi novio y dos amigos hace un par de semanas y la verdad es que nos fuimos encantados con el Melia Grand Hermitage. La habitación era amplia, limpia, muy acogedora, con una cama grande y súper cómoda. Todo el personal fue siempre amable y atento — desde la recepción (rápidas, simpáticas y con buena predisposición), hasta los chicos del restaurante que te recibían con una sonrisa cada día. Una persona que me gustaría mencionar es a Nina (Quality manager) quien vino a nosotros cuando uno de nuestros amigos tuvo un incidente muy pequeño durante nuestra estadía y ella enseguida nos sugirió que hacer para solucionarlo. Funcionó de maravilla! Estamos muy agradecidos con ella! Tuvimos la oportunidad de probar tanto el restaurante italiano como el búlgaro y ambos fueron una experiencia deliciosa. Se sentía el verdadero sabor de cada cocina, ¡nos encantó! También queremos destacar al equipo de animación — siempre llenos de energía, simpáticos, y saludando cada vez que nos cruzábamos con ellos - Esos pequeños gestos marcan la diferencia! Victoria y Eva las dos llenas de energía y divertidas, Rali y Poli muy amables y amigables, los chicos Cesto, Bobby, Ivo y Oldjay muy comunicativos y simpáticos. Y obvio Stenly, el manager del equipo de animación, fue tan agradable y siempre estuvo ahí para ayudarnos con todas nuestras dudas. Y super buena compañía! Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡Gracias por una estadía tan linda!

Nous revenons d un séjour en famille du 11 au 18 juillet ,nos 2 chambres étaient grandes et bien amenagées , très grands lits et salle de bain bien équipée . L e problème etait les repas , nourriture très grasse , mauvaise cuisson de la viande et du poisson , buffet pris d assaut ce qui fait que les plats étaient vides et pas remplacés , pour les entrées il manquait un accompagnement de charcuteries qu on ne trouvait que le matin au petit déjeuner, distributeurs d eau qui ne fonctionnaient pas .Restaurant extrêmement bruyant , trop de monde , il est arrivé de ne pas trouver de table libre et personne ne s occupe de vous , les gens vous bousculent et les enfants font ce qu ils veulent aux buffets! Bref je dirai qu il ya beaucoup de personnel mais qui manque vraiment de formation et surtout d organisation et nous avons déjà séjourné dans beaucoup d hôtels de ce type! le côté positif est que les 3 ados (18,17 et 16 ans) qui nous accompagnaient ont été ravis de leurs activités .

The hotel and its grounds are lovely especially as we upgraded to "The Level" where guests have their our own private swimming pool area, restaurant and private bar. The grounds round our swimming pool were lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available. It is a bit of a game if you are a sunworshipper to keep moving sunbeds as the large trees give lots of shade as the sun moves across the sky - not a problem for us though! The hotel is very big, but the staff seems to be efficient, but some clearly lacked motivation, and some were much more friendly than others. Our 8th floor room was lovely and we had a fantastic view over the main swimming pool and the sea. The maid kept the room neat and tidy and the shower was one of the best I have ever had on holiday. Unfortunately what lets the hotel down is the food: Whilst the choice is plentiful, unless you arrive exactly as new food is put out at best it will be luke warm. There were hot plates and heating lamps but these just did not keep food warm. We did not eat lunch but this was certainly the case for breakfast and dinner and I did not eat a single vegetable all holiday as they were cold. Unfortunately the 3 a-la-carte restaurants had the same problem and eating in these restaurants was simply not special. This could be easily alleviated if the chiefs continually kept coking and trays of food were topped up regularly. We, also, did not see in the restaurants anyone who appeared to be in charge who could ensure that things were running smoothly. The poor food meant that out of 12 dinners we had in the hotel we ate out 5 times.

Hotel facilities are very nice. We had 3 rooms which were all great, nice and clean, spacious bathroom, very large, comfortable beds, silent and effective AC, and great room service. However, the hallways are very loud. There’s a 1-inch gap under all doors, which means you hear everything that’s going on; with lots of kids running up and down the hallway, using it as a playground. The staff were friendly, but sadly not very well spoken. We often had a feeling of them ushering us away, trying to avoid speaking English with us, or simply answering yes, as it seemed the only word they spoke. However, I will have to mention the food. The four restaurants in the hotel are all buffets, with a wide selection. Sadly, almost everything I tried was undercooked, and the labeling of dishes was horrible! Signs would say: “Fish” for all types of fish, including shellfish and other seafood. Most are labeled “vegetarian”, but you had to guess if it was mashed potatoes, cornmeal, or a local dish you never had before. Very bad allergen labeling, which had you running around in order to find the signs showing the various allergens. If asked what the various dishes were, staff ushered us away or simply said “Yes, vegetarian”. The menu switched every day, which made it very difficult for picky kids. The elevators were rubbish, with no meaningful system to how they operated. We sometimes waited for 15-20 minutes, before an elevator would show up, and be full. Especially hard during the dinner and breakfast times. Lastly, though not at the hotels fault, most eastern guests were rude. No respect for standing in line, waiting their turn at the buffet, elevator or pools, and would often ignore hotels rules for smoking, reserving pool chair, etc. Overall we had a good stay, but we will not be returning.

A highly recommended hotel for a family vacation! The entertainment staff, especially Viki, were the best! The mini club, mini disco, and evening shows were also fantastic! We visited and recommend the themed restaurants! The rooms were large, clean, and truly excellent! The pool and beach had enough space for everyone! The bar staff were always friendly, smiling, and happy to recommend drinks. I highly recommend this hotel! And if I had to find a small flaw, I'm not a fan of drinks in paper cups.

Opis hotelu jeżeli chodzi o baseny to dość przekoloryzowany. Ogromna dysproporcja pomiędzy ilością miejsc przy basenie, a liczbą gości. Ciasno, ciasno i jeszcze raz ciasno. Leżaki poustawiane jak sardynki. Ciężko przejść. Rano walka o wolne leżaki. Basen mały i z zimną wodą. Plus za dobre jedzenie, funkcjonalną łazienkę i wygodne łóżko. Ogólnie: nie wrócę, nie polecam.

Far from a 5-star experience We stayed at Melia Hermitage expecting a proper all-inclusive vacation, but unfortunately, it fell short on many levels. First of all, the beach bar closes at 5 PM – exactly when it starts to become pleasant to enjoy the beach. During the hot summer months, most people avoid the strong sun in the early afternoon and head to the beach between 4 and 6–7 PM. But with this schedule, you’re forced to buy your own drinks because the “all-inclusive” stops working when you need it most. The lobby bar closes at 11 PM, which might still be acceptable, but right after that, they literally turn off the lights to make sure guests leave. Not exactly welcoming if you just want to sit and chat a bit longer. The food is bland, repetitive, and far from what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. As for the hotel itself – nothing impressive in terms of facilities, service, or atmosphere. Overall, a disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price, and certainly not somewhere we’d return to or recommend.

They don’t have food, all the trays are empty!They only bring vegetables!! It’s incredible, I'm coming here for the fifth time and it's the last! Everything is very busy with minimal staf! I didn't think a location could deteriorate so much!
