Perfekte Zeit an der Goldküste Bulgariens!] Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider wurde das Hotel in den letzten Jahren umgebaut und Familien sind in diesem Hause nicht mehr oberste Priorität. Dafür hat die Hotelgruppe das Familienhotel in "zweiter Reihe"!

Almost perfect Stay

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel with a super sensitive to the guests. All over we were getting a smiling faces from the staff willing to help with any issues that we need.

Nice outdoor therases and coffee shop, food was average but we got a family room that was not as any of the pictures we saw on their site or on other sites. They asked us to pay for the bath robes. Even though we had coffee machine in the room, they didn't provide the capsules, even after we requested. The SPA center was very dissapointing - jacuzzi not working, indoor pool small and the smell of chlorine was so strong. You don't have access to the infinity pool unless you have concept rooms. Cleaning was an issue in the rooms and also at the pool. Our bathroom had signs of rust and dirt and a very bad smell.

Ich bin jetzt knapp eine Woche hier und für mich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Alles super. Das Hotel hat mich sehr überrascht. Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Service, Essen, Auswahl, Lage des Hotels und besonders die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das war bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Besonders möchte ich aber die beiden balinesischen Mitarbeiter Art(h)a, von der Beachbar und der Poolbar hervorheben. Unschlagbare Freundlichkeit.

Große moderne Zimmer, guter Service, vielfältige Speisenauswahl in sehr guter Qualität, Strand sehr sauber mit vielen guten Liegen, Allinklusive wirklich super, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt, sogar bei Abflug am frühen Morgen Kaffee und Frühstück bekommen

The rooms were very modern and clean, the food was very good and tasty. The staff were very friendly and professional. I took part of Stefi's activities. I really liked doing Pilates with her. She is a big proffesional with a personal approach to people. I remember her from 2021 and still enjoy her company!
