Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre familiale avec séparation très agréable et fonctionnelle. Un personnel fidèle au poste et toujours prêt à aider (remerciements en particulier à Krystina du guest relations mais aussi Orca au service du restaurant à la carte). Buffets, restaurants et snacks corrects. Bars limités et cocktails pas toujours bons. Meilleurs au Boléro. Un grand bravo à l’équipe d’animation qui a contribué très largement à la réussite de notre séjour. Parents et enfants reviennent comblés. Merci à Soriane et Lili pour l’encadrement des enfants au mini club: ils ont adoré! Un tout grand merci aussi à Stefi, Johan, Semba et Mattéo pour les activités proposées mais aussi pour leur dévouement, leur sourire et leur amitié: nous nous sommes régalés!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très agréable hôtel. Nourriture très bonne, chambre spacieuse, personnel très serviable. Une mention particulière pour l'équipe d'animation qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Ils sont toujours au top, de bonne humeur et créatifs. Un tout grand merci à Soriane et Lili, les enfants ont adoré le mini club. Un tout grand merci aussi pour les diverses activités adultes à Stefi, Semba, Mattéo et notre incroyable flamand rose Johan. un séjour magnifique.

!!!English below!!! Mein Sohn und ich sind vom 13.07-23.07.25 als Gäste in der Anlage gewesen. Während das Buffetrestaurant eher Standart in diesem Typ Anlage ist (Tische werden zugewiesen, Getränke müssen größtenteils bestellt werden, wenig Abwechslung beim Essen), kann man die vier a la card Restaurants hier hervor heben. Diese können per App gebucht werden und es gibt leckere regionale als auch internationale Gerichte in einem schönen Ambiente. Auch der Barrista-Shop mit einer ordentlichen Siebträger-Maschine und großer Kuche-Auswahl kann sich sehen lassen. Leider gibt es auch hier die üblichen Mägel (reservierte Liegen, dünnes Bier, Cocktails mit meisst preiswetem Alkohol) Sauberkeit insgesammt ok, aber die Pool-Toiletten eine katastrophe. Das Animationsteam war top und stets um Unterhaltung und Action bemüht. Wasser-Polo, Wasser-Gymnastik, Wasser-Zumba, Dart, Shuffel-Board, Tischtennis, Beach-Volleyball, Joga, Mini-Disco, Mini-Club, Bier-Pong, div. Shows, etc.. Grüße an das Animations-Team (Matteo, Johann, Stefi, So, Alice, Simba, Lili, etc.) English: My son and I were guests at the hotel from July 13th to July 23rd. While the buffet restaurant is rather standard for this type (tables are assigned, drinks mostly have to be ordered, and there's little variety in the food), the four à la carte restaurants are worth highlighting. These can be booked via the app and offer delicious regional and international dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. The barista shop, with a decent espresso machine and a large selection of cakes, is also impressive. Unfortunately, there are the usual shortcomings here as well (reserved loungers, weak beer, cocktails with mostly cheap alcohol). Cleanliness was overall okay, but the pool restrooms were a disaster. The animation team was excellent and always strived to provide entertainment and action. Water polo, water aerobics, water Zumba, darts, shuffleboard, table tennis, beach volleyball, yoga, mini disco, mini club, beer pong, various shows, etc. Greetings to the animation team (Matteo, Johann, Stefi, So, Alice, Simba, Lili, etc.)

Very satisfied from the hotel: the accommodation as well! Our family suit was with modern furniture, practically and cute! The beds very comfortable in the parents room, this fir the children suitable for them but perhaps for bigger and higher as them could be a little bit small. The food are very delicious and for every taste. And especially to recommend the animation, the daughters really enjoyed it. They organised different games, shows for them and spend of a lot time and emotions with them! Special thanks to Lili from the animation team, who was always smiling and friendly to them and us! We would gladly visit the hotel again!

L'équipe d'animation était juste exceptionnelle, elle nous a permis de nous dépasser dans chacune des activités proposées. Leur bonne humeur a été une énorme plus value à notre séjour.

Absolute Satisfaction – Grifid Vistamar Hotel, CONCEPTplus Rooms This was our second stay at Grifid Vistamar, and once again, we were absolutely delighted. Everything was perfect – clean, well-maintained rooms, and top-notch service throughout the entire hotel. Staying in a CONCEPTplus room is definitely worth it. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the CONCEPTplus program adds a range of exclusive benefits that make the stay truly special. One of the absolute highlights for us was the SKY restaurant on the rooftop terrace – simply amazing! The combination of a stunning view, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional à la carte dining made every meal unforgettable. Breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant were also excellent – a wide variety of dishes, so everyone can easily find something to their taste. Another big plus is the adults-only beach area, available thanks to the CONCEPTplus program. It was quiet, clean, and the beach bar staff were exemplary – already by the second day, they remembered our usual drinks, which we really appreciated. A special thanks goes to Mr. Edy, the beach attendant for the adults-only area. He was always helpful, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He truly deserves praise! In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel, especially if you choose the CONCEPTplus rooms. We’re already planning our third visit next year. Great job, Grifid Vistamar – thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Zeer goed ontvangen bij de receptie. mijn vrouw had op het vliegveld haar scheenbeen opengehaald provisorische verbonden. Door de receptioniste direct een dokter ingeschakeld . Alles werd verder geregeld koffers naar de kamer gebracht . Veder een goede verzorging van kamer, eten en drinken goed veel keuze. Fantastische verzorging door vriendelijk personeel. Onze complimenten voor chef B&H Nicolay herhaling vatbaar.
