Clean easy check in and out. Close to our destination. Didn't have any problems. Comfortable get away, definitely recommend.

We stayed here August 2024 last year and had a pretty great time so there was no question that we wanted to stay here last week for our Red Rocks concert trip. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made! We got an upgraded room because we were going to be there a week and wanted space. My wife called 6 MONTHS before we went to make the reservation, she asked if we could have the same room, we were repeatedly told “absolutely, no problem!”. We got out to Colorado a day early and asked if we could add a night to our stay in our same room, again, told “no problem”. We got to the hotel October 16th around 10:30 pm after driving straight through (15 hrs) from Chicago. My wife went to check in and there was a bit of a snafoo with the extra night so they put us in a different room with the assurance that we could move into our intended room by 11 the next day again, “No problem”. I believe his name was Darius and he was super nice and accommodating. His shift ended at 8 I believe, and when we went to ask about our new room around 11 there was new staff one of which was named Khal, he was slightly rude to my wife telling her we just need to wait, she came back to the room to wait. We waited, and waited, well after 11. When she went back downstairs, she was told there was no update and she got upset because we were exhausted and assured our stay would be fine. With tears in her eyes, asking if there was anything that could be done, whomever the man standing next to Khal was, rudely said to my wife, “You could just go stay somewhere else”, and started naming hotels nearby…. Considering we spent nearly THREE THOUSAND dollars and could not cancel our reservation at this point, obviously, NOT an option. The AUDACITY to speak to a guest like that who is spending thousands of dollars for their stay, is DISGUSTING! We will NEVER stay here again and we wanted to make this our go-to spot annually. The rooms are overpriced, some of the staff are extremely rude. The food from the restaurant is trash, the entire hotel smells bad, the art in the elevators is off putting and awful the wallpaper is peeling off, the curtains are hanging poorly, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the “vending” is a joke, the mini fridge is way too small and the coffee maker was filthy and smelled like bleach. OH!! For the majority of our stay, only one elevator was working, with the amount of people staying there, UNACCEPTABLE! Having to pile onto a small elevator with people that REEK like booze and are highly intoxicated,…nearly $3000?!?!? What a JOKE! We will make sure we tell everyone we know that goes to Red Rocks for a show to NEVER stay here, and that’s quite a lot of people. What a gross and disappointing experience.

I was electrically shocked by a faulty light fixture to start. And not having 1 light not working for the duration of our stay left us in a pretty dark space. We had a corner suite reserved as part of a family bridal party....found the "suite" to be very below average. The bed was probably original to the hotel. Bathroom linens were hardly "suite" worthy....more like Walmart supplies. When I reserved, included 3 people in the suite yet there were no bed linens in the room for the sofa sleeper....really fun having to request linens at midnight then makeup bed after long day of travel. If I felt like someone cared a bit but that was not case as MGMT made no effort to reach out to me after being shocked (would be nice if he showed some concern for my health)...until I hunted him down 3 days later. Won't be back to this location..... we'll see about other Wyndham facilities in future.

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to Red Rocks. We'd also recommend the separate shuttle bus service from the hotel to/from the amphitheater if you're a first-time visitor. It all worked out perfectly for the two of us first-timers. Next time we return, we'll stay here again.

If you look for fair value when spending a fair amount of money on a hotel night, this hotel would not be recommended, with the possible exception of convenience to Red Rocks for an in/out concert weekend. At $600 per night, the minimum of daily housekeeping was expected. The room was tired, the furniture was looking tattered and some of it leaning. But the minimum lack of daily housekeeping was expected. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the property just doesn’t justify $600 per night.
