My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay. It was our second time staying at this hotel and Craig the Front Desk Supervisor is the reason. We have mobility issues and Craig ensures that we have what we require in our room. Craig is the epitome of great customer service. This is a small but mighty example. I called to the front desk at approx. 10:00 p.m. to ask if there were any cookies. He said no but give me a minute to check in the back. Turned out there were cookies. He could have easily said no there are no cookies and left it at that. Craig will always put the extra effort to please the customer. This hotel has a true gem with Craig. As well, we requested house keeping services last minute on our first full day. We just wanted one thing taken care of. When we returned to our room, entire housekeeping had been completed. I don't know her name. I understand she was a new employee and would like to mention she did a great and unexpected job.

Bad check in experience with a clerk who was very rude and condescending, always like the staff and the hotel as they treated you well and made you feel welcome. The hotel rooms are nice and always clean and quiet, good wifi and so on. Unfortunately my last visit this week will most likely have been my last as the treatment I received when checking in was the worst ever especially I have had checking into a hotel, I travel for work and stay in hotels every week and have never experienced such a rude and unpleasant person in my life. I won’t go into the detail but be warned ( I’m sure she is not the only one who works there so you may get a more pleasant person) it’s unfortunate as it takes one bad experience to loose a customer

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shops and bars! Clean comfortable hotel, quiet rooms with a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful! We will be back!

My wife and I spent a night here in sept , front desk woman was very nice. The breakfast was actually very good , a few complaints are the room door didn’t shut on its own. So had to make sure it was shut before we left. The bathtub stopper didn’t work. The bathroom was missing a lamp shade. For being I newer hotel , was surprised But Overal the location was great. Near pubs and restaurants

It is an o'kay place for a location, but rooms need a thorough cleaning. Dusty. Mold in bathrooms. Also, breakfast is very limited. Dining room supervisor was unaware about food allergies and could not respond to simple questions about allergy safety - needs training. Safety should be a priority when food is offered.

Clean and Comfortable
The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool. The only downside was the very rude supervisor named Craig. He was arrogant and dismissive, but the rest of the staff were wonderful.

This hotel was okay. The rooms were cleaned only after 3 nights. Cleaning rags were left in the room- staff did not pay attention and clean up when they were done. The breakfast was the same every day. Mystery meat sausage, pre-formed eggs and hash browns that arrived late every day. For the price paid, it was not a terribly good value.

Excellent room and features. Great tasty breakfast. High definition television a bonus. Need to add outside seating to enjoy the patios.
