The heater was off at night and early morning. It was do cold. When I asked in the reception for double duvet, I have been told that double duvet is for double room only 😭😭😭.
The hotel is too expensive compared to other hotels for service and facilities.

This room is really big, both the toilet space and the view outside are very good! Definitely recommended

Hands down the worse so called hotel I have stopped in. To call it run down would be plight. It’s disgusting. The walls had filth all over them. No head board!!! A stinking bed and room. I would have left but I arrived late and the town is so overrun by homeless it did not feel safe to leave the place after dark and I’m 6,2 male of a good build. The room I was given overlooked a big bin yard which didn’t help the smell of the room. I literally left to sleep in my car soon as it was light. The staff are students that don’t care. It’s criminal they are allowed to stay open. I’m reporting them to trade n standards. My credit card company too. You have been warned !! Avoid not only this hotel but Gloucester in general. They have a homeless problem like nothing I’ve ever come across and I’ve seen some real run down cities. I had bite marks all round my ankles too. This hotel is not fit to house the homeless that walk the streets outside. It’s beyond bad.

A good quality hotel, clean, and the staff were friendly. Bedroom a bit tired but clean and clean bed- the food was excellent and good value for money, this was my second time here as very close to city centre for cathedral and shops, would definitely stay there again🙂

Very bad - terrible sleep - loud music playing at 7am and noise throughout the building. You can not sleep here. I would not go back

It was in a great Location in the City Centre 🏙 I had a Goodnight Sleep 😴 the Full English Breakfast I had was delicious 😋 🍳 🥓 🍄 🍞 👍 and the Staff were very friendly and helpful too, I'll definitely comeback to this Hotel 🏨 again next year, thank you very much! 😀 👍
